King Sombra has returned... But he's acting so weird. And the fact is that he has a split personality, and now he is not a Sombra, and Sombrero – pony with a blonde hair, banjo and love for Princess Luna.

Sam was leading a peaceful and quiet life ever since he emerged in Equestria. Making his home in Ponyville, he even managed to find himself a marefriend in Fluttershy. But then Celestia comes up with the Villian Reformation Programme that puts him in quite the predicament. Three former villainesses are now living with him and Fluttershy, as the alternative for two of them was spending an eternity in Tartarus. Should be fine, right?

Just a note, R63 Sombra by the name of Umbra. Because why the hell not...
Had to get this one started before I do anything else.
It's a crossover with another property which I will not name until it's the proper time.

Fluttershy knows it is her honor, her destiny, to have been born into the Lunar Guard. She knows it with all her heart. The Crystal Empire disappeared long ago during Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's quest to cleanse the land of Equestria from all forms of evil. King Sombra was a great threat to their entire world and when his defeat came about, at the cost of the Crystal Empire vanishing from existence, it brought nothing but a whole lot of good to the world.

What they didn't realise however, was that Sombra had survived their confrontation and was now plotting his revenge against them both in the one way he knew how.

Twilight Sparkle thought she was the luckiest filly in all of Equestria when Princess Celestia asked her to become her personal student, but she had no idea she'd be a pawn in a game nopony is even aware exists.

Fluttershy and Sombra have been together for a while. And she has often commented on the soft fluffiness of her colt friend’s rump. After a long and exhausting day, she uses Sombra’s rump for a while.

Turns out, Sombra is back, wow. Discord takes it upon himself, as a FRIENDSHIP EXPERT to help reform Sombra. How the heck will he pull this off? Sombra is a stubborn guy, he likes crystals, hates not-being a king. So it's not going to be an easy task to reform him. Well, it's going to go much worse than expected.

A sixteen-year-old Flurry Heart meets King Sombra the only prisoner of the Crystal Empire. She questions him about his life and about the Empire when he lived in it. All while lying to her parents about what she's doing, since she thinks all the information will benefit the empire.

Hope you read Fiendship is magic book 1, cause this story does include elements from the comic. It's also a good read.

This story is a sequel to The Last of the Dark Ponies

Tirek waits eagerly for his plans to come to fruition. The magic is draining from Equestria, his protégé had followed his advice to the letter. Soon his enemies would come and be just as trapped as he is in Tartarus.

But he wasn't alone in watching his plan unfold. His fellow inmate was also watching, being neither helpful nor as eager as him to see their enemies coming soon. If anything, King Sombra does not believe in the plan at all. Well Tirek would show him.

A mildly alternate version of the Tartarus scenes from School Raze, since in the Last of the Dark Ponies, Sombra was imprisoned in Tartarus. Marked as a sequel though it's more of a short follow up on his imprisonment.
