My first new story since October 2017, and Day One of the Seventh Anniversary Story Bomb.

Luna takes her job very seriously. When she hears there's a human having difficulty sleeping, she decides to share a bed with him until he feels safe and happy again.

You and Thorax are bros, and bros don't snuggle. Thorax disagrees.

Contains lots of snuggling. No actual intercourse; the sex tag is just there for occasional lewd references.

Applejack has been known to be a stubborn pony. When she dies, she is convinced it is her time. Discord, however, comes in, and he doesn't want her to die. Why is Discord doing this, though? And why does Applejack keep refusing?

A little one-shot I came up with. I made this story in an attempt to actually make a serious story. I'm not quite sure I succeeded.

The Earth is going to die: there is no question about it. It was inevitable, really, but the manner and how soon was never set in stone.

Three lonely figures, bound together by memories of lives long past, gather to watch their doom unfold.

"We have to be brave now, Scootaloo," Dash said. "Just close your eyes, and it'll be all over by the time you open them again."

I've spent all that time teaching both humans and ponies to never forget the war. I've slowly become content with not just my life, but the fact that I am the last dragon. I've made and lost friends, students, and gained a great deal of respect from both ponykind and humanity. I've seen things change for the better, yet there is one thing I am forced to confront one thing that I fear most.

Falling in love.

Can I, a long lived being who has already outlive those I care about, accept a future with a lover? Or am I too afraid to face such a devastating loss once more?

A normal end to a normal day -- at least, that's what it was supposed to be.

But it wasn't.

Luna went to raise the moon as usual, but something went wrong. Terribly wrong. She felt it, but she couldn't stop it.

None of us could.

It appeared too suddenly -- acted too quickly.

The only warning we received was a roar and a bright flash of light, then everything was gone. No more Canterlot, no more ponies, no more anything.

Nothing survived.

Nothing... except for us and whatever 'it' is.

We may be immortal beings, but that doesn't make things any better -- if anything, it makes the pain all that much worse. The only thing we can really do now is try to avenge those dear to us. Our subjects... our families... my friends...

Everything.

I don't care how long it takes, and I don't care if it's a pointless battle. All I care about now is making sure we put that thing down for good.

After that?
