The apocalypse had come at the hand of a god-like multidimensional alien entity. Taylor Hebert, a parahuman with power over bugs and bug-like things has her powers altered by a former enemy and subsequently uses morally questionable means to make everyone in existence with superpowers fight this evil deity, eventually defeating him.

This however came with a cost. Her mind was deteriorating as her power was subsuming her. Thus another cape decided it would be a mercy to put a pair of bullets in the back of her skull.

Another entity witnessed all of this. This entity, grateful for Taylor's role in stopping this alien god and thus saving countless worlds and thus countless lives, decides to intervene. It brings Taylor to Equestria turning her into a Changeling Queen in the process.

(Warning, Dark, Death, and/or Tragedy may be added to the list of tags in the future, depending on how things go. Furthermore, the Suicide tag is for the references to suicide in the description and in the first chapter. Suicide and/or self harm will NOT be a major theme in this story.)

(This is a crossover with the web novel called Worm by the author Wildbow. I highly recommend reading it if you haven't, it's a really good story!)

Life is a funny thing. One day we are living our lives, unsure when it is to end, and before we know it its over. We are born with a uncertain future, bright eyed before life jades and snuffs it out, just to give birth to more light. And so the cycle continues. However, death is just as fickle. What happens when we die is a question many have questioned. Some believe in a abyss, nothingness, the end of existence. Some believe in a heaven, or hell, with many names and prerequisites for each, unique to each culture. From Valhalla to the Pearl Gates, to Hell and well.... Hel. But then there are those who believe in a cycle. Of a wheel in constant motion, one all life, no matter how small, are beholden to. Being born again, the soul unchanging, but the mind fresh and new.

I can firmly say, that all are true. It just depends on what you wish for.

Ever since the beginning of recorded history, witches have been labelled as the evil of Equus, and they live up to the title as well. One of the biggest threats to Equestria, and through the recent Changeling fey attack, they have struck down the Sun Princess herself.

An ailment none of the doctors are able to heal. A curse no researcher is able to break.

Twilight is afraid. Afraid of losing the only mother she has ever known, she fears that she will be kept from being with her until it's too late. Twilight is a good witch, of that she is sure. She has been molded and taken care of by the kindest, most wonderful mare on Equus, ever since her birth mother abandoned her, and she has not looked back.

But why was it fair now that she has the ability, but lacks the knowledge to give to one who has given her everything? Should she delve into that part of her soul screaming to be let free, or shall she wait and put the fate of her beloved mentor in luck’s palms? Still ridden with doubts over the Wedding, she can do naught but research, beg and hope as she waits outside her mother’s chambers day by day, waiting for the Solar Diarch to finally allow her access.

Luna is desperate. Why was it fair that they were brought together for three mere years after a millennia, only for fate to bring Celestia down so low, right in front of her eyes? Despite all her efforts, she can do naught but look on day by day as her sister’s condition seemingly deteriorates, helpless as the witches take advantage of the situation to push back at the chains binding them, seeking to reclaim their rightful place on the hierarchy. She has nowhere to go, nopony she could turn to... And the worst thing? She knows that one of the claims in the previous sentence is a lie.

Aurelia is uncertain. Uncertainty had become very common lately, and she wasn’t sure she like it. Luna was once her friend - her best friend - and yet she had broken her unwavering trust, stole from her and betrayed her. There was also the fact that she certainly wished for nothing to do with somepony who only wore masks and crafted facades as smoothly as a witch. If it were up to her, Celestia could burn in Tartarus for all she cared.

On the other hand, her father’s last wish not something she would ever break, even for petty revenge, and her.. daughter’s cries each night still shredded the soul from where she’d come from. Aurelia has the ability and she has the knowledge. But would it be wise to risk revealing herself to the public eye, to the eyes of the Sisters, the other witches, her daughter, just for Celestia? She wasn’t sure.

Perhaps it was time to embrace every part of herself. Perhaps it was time to own up to the mistake which had cost her her very first friend, her closest friend. Perhaps it was time for her to face the one she’d abandoned and the world she’d shut herself off to.

There is hope for Celestia and there is hope for mending fences, but hope is a fickle thing, and a wrong move could break spirits, crush budding relationships, and topple a kingdom into ruins.

Devin Hall, a former human of sound mind is randomly catapulted into the magical world of Equis in an unfamiliar body. Hopefully with some help, he will be able to find a way home or at least adjust to this new world filled with magic and sorcery. However, during his stay in Equestria he is asked to help out the nation with one of it's most important matters to date. Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done.

This is a HIE story that I just wanted to write the first chapter to. If it gains some momentum, I will continue to add chapters. Rated T for cursing and implied sexual situations. Rating may change depending on feedback.

Long ago, a terrible monster known as Ninetails unleashed a reign of destruction upon a distant land before being defeated by holy priests. While helping the land recover and purifying monsters, a fox they had in their care spawned a second tail. Despite knowing the risks, the priests believed she could be a force for good and began to train her in the ways of healing and purification. 

However, not long after gaining her third tail, word of her existence began to spread, causing her caretakers to fear for her life. They decided to send her to a distant land, a land of peace, harmony, and friendship. There, Princess Celestia found her and, interested in her ability to purify monsters, took the three-tailed fox in with the hopes she could save her fallen sister.

"Will she find acceptance and happiness among ponies? Will she save Luna? One thing is certain, her race's heritage and instincts won’t make it easy."

This story starts 50 years before Nightmare Moon Return. Humans make appearance only in prologue and they do not play any significant role later in the story. This is not pokemon in Equestria, main character is a Kitsune. Warning, bleeding, religious themes and fluff is to be expected.

It has been over 50 years since Princess Celestia took in a little three-tailed fox as her student, years filled with affection, teaching, discoveries, and love, raising her in the hope she could purify Luna from her corruption.

Now the day has come as the seal holding Nightmare Moon trapped is about to break. It is up to Kyuubi and Twilight to save Princess Luna.

Will the five-tailed kitsune step up and succeed? How will Ponyville react to a four-meters tall but fluffy predator? And most importantly, what struggles and sacrifices will be needed to achieve victory, and who will have to make them?

Nickolas Smith, an USAF pilot, was escaping in a F-22 Raptor from the Russian Airbase. After being injured by a SAM missile, Nickolas dive into a cloud to take cover, but when he came out, the pilot found himself not in Russia anymore; but in a land filled with mythological creatures. Due to the lack of fuel, he landed in a volcanic area filled with dragons. Taken by Dragon Lord Ember, Nickolas can either choose to escape or to stay and protect these creatures from an incoming danger.

Samuel has lived a (he thought) boring life, so he happily accepted the offer some sort of spirit made to him.
When he wakes up the next morning, he is still in the same world, but he really should count his limbs now.

Plot:
Human transformed, in the four versions of Celestia (Celestia, Daybreaker, Nightmare Star, and Solar flare), tries to find his way in the human world and ultimately goes to Equestria thanks to the strong magic now at his disposal.

There is only one real rule regarding changeling royalty: there must always be a queen. Twilight Sparkle is about to learn this through personal experience.
