Twilight never cared much for romance, but after falling for Rainbow Dash, she's ready to make her move. But what happens if those feelings are unrequited? Should she hold onto hope? Is it even possible to let go and move on?

I've read a bunch of shipfics that are all happy resolutions after the confession so I wanted to try an alternative. So here is a slightly darker TwiDash fic because I am a terrible person who must make ponies suffer. Oh God Why?!

The Cutie Mark Crusaders have dealt with their fair share of pranks, both giving and receiving. It's fun to dish out the pranks and receiving them can be taken in stride. There are times when pranks can go too far on the receiving end however.

"Hey Fluttershy, have you seen Scootaloo? She never came to the tree house yesterday?" Apple bloom said to Fluttershy in a worried voice. "Yeah and she wasn't at school today either." Sweetie belle added with the same worry voice as Apple bloom.

All the while trying to help her find the family she's lost long ago. This is a story of love, friendship, and the healing of old wounds.

However, Twilight has other things in mind as she states that she is determined to help Applejack through Applebuck season without using wings or magic. Can Twilight stick with that goal and can Applejack figure out the reason why and still have time to complete the harvest?
