This story is a sequel to The Once and the Future Princess

As of late, things have changed for Cozy Glow. She is not a prisoner any longer, but Princess Twilight's personal student together with Flurry Heart. She is not alone anymore, but she has made friends with plenty of ponies and become a valued friend in turn. She even has a special somepony! 

Now she is ready to, for the first time in her life, be a normal filly. She will explore the world, learn and grow together with her friends and her mentor.

These are the ordinary days in the life of one of the most extraordinary ponies in Equestria.

This is an anthology series made up of one- and two-shots. Chronologically, this is set after "The Once and Future Princess", but before the Epilogue of that story. Reading the sequel should not be necessary to enjoy these stories by themselves, but it will provide the background for these stories.

Capitalizing on her reformation from being a former terror to Equestria, Starlight decided to start a group to help reintegrate former villains in Equestria, as well as offer support for those having trouble adapting. Thus far, her group has grown to include Tirek, Cozy Glow, Chrysalis, Stygian, and Luna. Unfortunately, these meetings stay about as on-topic as Pinkie Pie on a sugar rush giving a speech about the best kind of dessert.

This is the fifth meeting of the support group, and they find themselves with a new attendee: Fluttershy. Not to mention, it turns out that the former villains finding jobs or hobbies that suited their skills may not have had the best of consequences.

Will Starlight be able to help them all become model citizens? What sort of devious terrors have these former villains unknowingly wrought upon Equestria despite their best of intentions? Will Starlight ever learn just what it was Fluttershy did last Thursday? One thing's for sure, she's gonna need a pay raise at the end of all of this.

Unfortunately, it's Cozy Glow.

An April Foal's Day crackfic.

"Psychopathy is a condition characterized by the absence of empathy and the blunting of other affective states. Callousness, detachment, and a lack of empathy enable psychopaths to be highly manipulative. Nevertheless, psychopathy is among the most difficult disorders to spot.

Psychopaths can appear normal, even charming. Underneath, they lack any semblance of conscience. Their antisocial nature inclines them often (but by no means always) to criminality.

Adult psychopathy is largely resistant to treatment, though programs exist to treat callous, unemotional youth in hopes of preventing them from maturing into psychopaths.

Brain anatomy, genetics, and a person’s environment may all contribute to the development of psychopathic traits."

So, this is just a random idea I had for another Anthology series, a bit less comedic, a bit more dramatic and dark. Mostly, it was because I've been in a mood for watching old school mysteries lately, like Agatha Christie and, yes, Sherlock Holmes. It also occurred to me that, in spite of her being my absolute favorite villain from the series, and a character that I love, for the fact that her backstory is an open ended question, I had never written anything about Cozy Glow. I've had ideas, and still do! But, this is the first time I've ever sat down and gotten any of them to a point where I could actually publish it.

Note that this story takes place several years after Cozy was freed from stone sleep, and she is now an adult of around nineteen.

For one day, Cozy Glow was a Princess, and she has vowed to become one again as Twilight's personal student. It may take time and it may not be pleasant, but she is a headstrong filly who never gives up, no matter who or what comes in her way.

Having been born an alicorn, Flurry Heart is destined to become a Princess one day. Such a burden is heavy for a filly, and it is imperative that she learns to carry it. Fortunately, Twilight Sparkle has agreed to teach her and help her grow. With her unending kindness and bright optimism, Flurry is sure to succeed.

One filly who lost everything, and another who was born with everything. But even that's not all. There is a colt too, and whether he realizes it or not, his actions will have consequences.

Can Cozy Glow and Flurry Heart learn to become friends and help one another grow, or are there some gaps that not even the magic of friendship can bridge?

An Alternate Season 9 Epilogue

This story is a sequel to At the End of Ambition

Tirek, Chrysalis and Cozy Glow are processing their chance encounter with Aurelian very differently. At a temporary impasse, the three part ways to pursue different paths and find truth, reflection, comfort and strength where they did not expect. In the midst of their travels, a long sleeping power that no creature can control is brought back to the world; leaving grand revelations for modern Equestria in its wake.

Once again imprisoned within Tartarus; Tirek Chrysalis and Cozy Glow manage to free themselves from their cages. Seeking an alternative exit, they explore the deeper parts of Tartarus and cross paths with an ancient creature who has sat silent within the prison for countless years. Sensing the villains' intent to escape, the long lived prisoner seeks to offer his words to them in hope of seeing them free from more than just their physical confines.

Cozy Glow's plans failed. She was arrested and sentenced to imprisonment in Tartarus, sharing a cell with the likes of Tirek and locked away from the world. Everypony is in agreement that justice has been served, right?

Well, her parents aren't. What parent could ever stand by and allow their child to suffer all alone? And if Celestia won't listen... then they'll just have to take matters into their own hooves.

This is a sequel to both My Boyfriend Pip, and A Different Kind of Ending. The two stories share continuity with this story.

Twilight Sparkle has been put in charge of watching over Cozy Glow, who now permanently possesses the power of Grogar's magic. Twilight is determined to prove that there is no foe irredeemable, so she decides to show Cozy the wonders of magic, and offers her a chance to show off her magical prowess. However, so much time has passed since Cozy was a regular member of society, that reintegrating into the normal life might prove challenging, and may not be possible. At least not without the help of somepony who's gone through something similar. Meanwhile, Twilight must come to terms with her new role as Princess Celestia and Princess Luna's successor.
