After having a horrible nightmare, Twilight Sparkle fears that Nightmare Moon will return. This time she won't be with Princess Luna, no she will be with Twilight. To stop from her friends and family, and all of Equestria for that matter, from getting hurt Twilight must do something she has never done before. With Luna and Discord being the only ones that know what is going to happen, they help the newest princcess as much as their powers allow the. But can anypony stop pure evil when it has it sight set on an entire country?

Luna's isolation and difficult reentry into Equestrian life has left her without the confidence to communicate with the ponies around her. Especially the one pony she most wants to talk to. Celestia is angry, Twilight is upset and it's all her fault. Then she has an idea... She'll invite Twilight into her dreams. What could possibly go wrong?

Ten years after Twilight Sparkle became a princess Equestria is at the edge of a war. Many innocent ponies are killed in the most horrifying ways and the Elements and Princesses can't seem to find out who did it to the ponies. But when one of Equestrias most loyal and trusted turns against them and joins the dark side almost everyone loses hope.

Just like her parents, she has the acute ability of harnessing the full power of dark magic to the fullest of its power. Her and her parents rule the Crystal Kingdom with an iron-hoof with a strong and loyal alliance with the Griffon Kingdom. They are planning one of the biggest attacks on Equestria in over a thousand years. The great thing about their plan is, their enemy has no idea about it.

Unfortunately, they are dealing with the princess of Equestria, Princess Celestia and her most loyal of guards, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie.
