King Sombra returns with vengeance. He banishes Luna to another equine world and wipes her memories too. Celestia, the mane six and spike go in after her, but there is a number of problems. One: not all of the locals are friendly. Two: Luna seems to be in a very serious predicament. Three: Spike is very VERY scary.

King Sombra of the Crystal Empire and Princess Luna of Equestria are in love and happy. However, Luna's jealousy over her sisters obvious favor with their subjects takes a joyous time, the news of the moon princess pregnancy, and turns it into a time of loss and darkness. Just a few short days after little Astrial Nights' birth, the darkness in Luna's heart consumes her, turning her into the feared Nightmare Moon. Princess Celestia has no choice but to banish her beloved sister, and in doing so provokes the darkness in King Sombras' heart. Astrial Night is then hidden away for her own protection until the day of her mothers return, and her fathers revenge.

Long ago, before Luna became the creature know as Nightmare Moon, and before Sombra and Discord were problems, her and Sombra were friends. Maybe more that that, actually. They were researching ancient alicorn magic, and some of it corrupted Sombra. Yet he and Luna still liked each other, and searched frantically for a cure.

But not every illness can be cured, and not everypony can be saved.

Also, it has sad elements, but there's more funny.

King Sombra has revived himself and seeks redemption. Along the way he makes friends, started giving and caring, and finds a mysterious Dragon Egg he somehow left in the Crystal Empire before his defeat. He does not remember why he put it there, but he takes care of it. King Sombra, the Mane Six and the others have many adventures, meet new good guys and bad guys, make new friends and some may even find some love. But what is that Dragon Egg?

King Sombra returns from his shadowy grave, however Luna discovers that there is more to this King of the shadows then meets the eye. Can Sombra be trusted? Can Luna's judgement be trusted? Or is this all leading to a giant disaster? Only one way to find out!

Prince Sombra had seen more than his fair share of war, loss, and betrayal. He locked himself away in his crystal castle to keep out the world of pain and grief. This is, of course, until a mysterious maiden by the name of Luna comes into his life.

AU one-shot and is non-canon in every way possible. 날 고소.
Not very dialogue heavy either.

Lance runs a Dream analysis center in Canterlot. He takes ponies nightmares and gives them peace of mind though all it does is ruin his own dreams. When Luna comes into his dreams to help him he originally doesn't want her in his dreams. But as she continues to appear in his dreams to help him will he fall for her or just keep her around to help him sleep.

Lance begins the frontal assault on The Master of Nightmares King Sombra. When Luna is turned into Nightmare Moon What will he do to save her will he make the ultimate sacrifice to stop her and King Sombra now anything could happen.

After many years of unspoken tension mixed with isolated peace, those that remained have received the cryptic message many never wished to see. When such events unfold, Princess Luna recalls a desire she thought she had all but buried and leaves Equestria without a word, only to be followed by the enigmatic and arrogant Sombra.

Now Luna and Sombra – whose ways have remained undecipherable to every princess so far – try to use what knowledge they have to save the world and themselves.

He broke her heart once already. Luna learned her lesson when Sombra last tried to manipulate her, and she wants nothing more than to forget about what happened and put it behind her.

Sombra cannot forget, nor does he want to. Regretting what happened between them, when the chance to make things up to Luna comes from some very unexpected sources, he takes the opportunity and wants to try to court her properly.

But once bitten, twice shy, as they say. Will the two ever find happiness with one another?

I have to offer a huge thanks once again to everyone who read the previous story, Lingering Shadows, and encouraged me to go ahead with my idea for a sequel. Apologies for the wait, but here you have it at last. I'm going to try to get on a regular update schedule of at least 1-2 chapters a month with this one.
