I still can't believe it all started with a family camping trip gone wrong. One moment I was enjoying my time with my parents and brothers, then next thing I knew I was stranded on a world full of magic and mythological creatures. In one day, I went from worrying about the upcoming calculus test to worrying about my next meal. I remember how the only thing keeping me going was the hope that I might find a way home. Little did I know that some deities had other plans in store for me.

I remember all the promises I made, both those kept and betrayed. I remember the friends I made on my little adventure; the same friends I threw away when everything came crashing down. Oh, the memories I made... Oh, the memories I am now forever cursed to remember.

I suppose this is a just punishment. My only regret is that my friends may never hear my side of the story.

Set between Seasons 2 and 3 // Some deviations from canon post-season 2 due to when this was originally started.

I would like to thank The Abyss for the revised story page. Name changed from When the Time Comes.

While studying the Tree of Harmony, Princess Twilight Sparkle stumbles upon and releases an ancient evil hidden deep beneath the tree itself. Luckily, she also releases the only one who can stop it... The Last Dragonborn, Skarin of Atmora, awakens in a new world born from the ashes of the old one and must, once and for all, defeat The World Eater Alduin. But first he must adapt to this new and strange world he finds himself in and gather as many allies as he can. Maybe even fall in love?

The title "Kulaas ahrk Dovah" is dragon for "Princess and Dragon", lack of grammar accuracy since dragons don't really care for proper sentence structure.

The story starts with the beginning of season 5, between episodes 2 and 3 and continues from there following canonical-ish episodes and new storylines.

Many of these so-called ponies believe they were the first to discover the land that is now known as Equestria. They were wrong, of course. Those idiotic Humans, inebriated Dwarves, and the pitiful vomit-inducing, tree hugging, frolicking Elves littered the landscape first all the while living their simple, boring lives. The ponies and the other smattering of races moved here over time from some other land. If they were still here, the various original races meeting the ponies would have made for a bit of a chaotic first contact considering they used dumber cousins of the ponies as labor and mounts. It's too bad that didn't happen, oh I could have enjoyed watching that carnage with a nice bowl of salamander eyeballs.

But, well, one or one-hundred powerful wizards attempting magic beyond their capabilities on magical artifacts beyond their comprehension tend to make things go... explodey. In a single snap of my claws the entire human race, and all of the other "intelligent" races as well, were simply gone. Vaporized in a magical wave of energy. The landscape left even more magically scarred than when the Tower Heart of the old Dark Tower went kaboom. We minions fled back to the Netherworld from whence we came and waited for the land to heal, and hopefully for some other race capable of thought to come knocking at its gates.

We waited a long time for that and now we should really get around to finding a new Master, none of the races showed any real promise so we need to do this ourselves. Giblet seems to have found something promising while digging around the cave of a local dragon (the dragons seem to have gotten smarter too), so I'll have to go give that a look-see and pray to Darkness nothing weird comes out of it.

But as I always say... Evil always finds a way.

This story is a sequel to What I've Done

This is the third book in The Humanity Within Trilogy. If you haven't read the other two books first, go back and do that now. Don't worry, this will still be here when you get back...

Also, if you've already finished this trilogy, you should be happy to know that the next book in the series, A Darkened Sky, is out right now! Go read it, follow it, and all that stuff!

I don't know what to believe anymore. I was sure they were all monsters, all demons bent on destroying any peace I and my new friends might find in this life.

I was wrong.

Instead of burning this world down around me, their weapons are pointed away from the planet, not towards it.

As if that conundrum wasn't perplexing enough, I also have to deal with finding my own place in this odd, yet familiar society. But how does one simply go back to being normal? Especially knowing that the real monsters that caused this mess in the first place could be just around the corner?

After all, it's not like I'll ever see my home planet again. They may not be here to hurt me or my friends, but I still don't trust these 'friendly' aliens to get me a ride home...

Meet Robin, a regular college student that always wears a tracksuit. What would happen if you threw him in a new land and gave him the use of magic? A lot of learning new spells and adventuring! Follow Robin as he tries to make himself a new life in Equestria as the strongest mage in the land.

Author's note :
This story's magic is inspired from the elements from the minecraft mod thaumcraft, but the story itself won't have anything at all to do with minecraft, so don't worry about that.

Al Johnson saved up enough money to go out with a friend to a gaming convention. Due to his natural appearance, not to mention his voice, his friend said he should go as Twisted Fate from League of Legends. He got the entire outfit together, but was missing one thing. His hat. Al couldn't find a hat that looked like Twisted Fate's. Maybe a friendly merchant at the convention can help him with that problem.

Absolutely shameless Displaced fanfic. Don't blame me, blame my muse. Wouldn't leave me alone when the idea came to me.

"Revolution lead to imprisonment, but was it worth it, Celestia?"

Three hundred years ago, I led a revolution against Celestia, in an attempt to right the wrongs of the society I saw as an outsider. A For'ner.

As repayment for my good intentions, I was imprisoned in stone like the spirit of Chaos, and left to suffer. I watched the heroes of the new generation rise as a statuesque observer, until my own escape.

Now released, I plan to see the effects of my past actions, and hopefully prevent worse from happening. Although I'm pretty sure the princesses hate me.

Regarding Crossovers: I am willing to do them, but I would prefer to have some time to read your story first so I can see if it can reasonably work. If you are interested, Please PM me.

There is a bedroom in one of the towers of the Castle of the Pony Sisters, superbly preserved under many layers of spells meant to keep it safe and secure, waiting upon the return of its occupant. Decorated in navy, violet and black, it is a safe guess as to whom it used to host in its glory days.

The east-facing windowsill is of no particular immediate significance. Like all the others, it holds objects from a bygone age, relics of past adventurers who found themselves at odds with the Sisters and fell against them. However, upon this particular windowsill rest two nondescript items that differ from all the others in that room. To anypony who were to see them, nothing about them screams that they are from another world. They lay there, safe in their inconspicuousness, silently waiting.

The ship in a bottle and the tricorn hat sit on their windowsill, from which can be seen, with an extremely good eye, the city of Baltimare and Horseshoe Bay, waiting for their master to reclaim them.

Edit - As suggested by the comments I should note that this story will not be up for crossovers with other displaced. Yet.
