I’m actually glad that this wasn’t explicitly romantic. OctaScratch is a flooded market at this point, and while it’s a nice ship, I do wish we had more fics that simply showed them as close friends without always making it romantic. Like this fic.

Nothing against OctaScratch, but I quite enjoy fics where they are more friends than anything. Have an upvote.

A nice, little tale to get into the Winter spirit.^^ And very good characterization for Vinyl Scratch and Octavia.^^ Only Vinyl said a few things that sound like something Vinyl wouldn't say.
