Well that last line makes it interesting.
Planet of the ponies!
Loved the last line from the deer. Made my day.
Got a bit of a mouth on that one Lol
You should not have said that... Not have said that. Four to five chapters before it happens.
Also
Rude much, Tim should go over and Dick some sense into her. 'Not that he will, but it is a nice thought.'
I was about to note something on this whole idea of a zoo since cows are sentient and the likes of Fluttershy's rabbit and bears. Wouldn't have guessed there were more instinctual animals that would appreciate being contained in Canterlot much less a zoo to be viewed.

Oh, hello Karen!

Ohi, Kurrin,

Most deer tend to have mouths on them. LOL. they don't like ponies a lot.
8933109
Remember the "canterlot gardens" ("You will love me!") and fluttershy's giving away pets, including deer, to other ponies. (the slave trader!)
What a twist!!
8933063
They blew it all up!
i love how you back up and really look at Twilight and how her life is.
the deer is a grate this story ark looks to be vary interesting.
and i am betting i can guess ware this idea came from.
Would you prefere the carnivore ape decendet over there, miss?
talking deer oh dear
not sure what happened there but it said i had made like 9 blank posts. Sorry about this... eish...
I wonder if that's a transformed human, or if it's from a universe containing deer people.
am i the only one who wants tim to bust out laughing not only at how they thought the dear was feral but at the obvious parallel to the planet of the apes movie?
LOL that reference at the end~

*Prances in singing*
Will you be lost by time
or be part of history?
Will your story be told
or remain a mystery?
*Motions to the deer*
Will they sing your song
telling all that you have done?
*looks out the window*
Time to make your choice-
only you can be the one.
*All the ponies join in*
Oh, oh, oh.
As you join
in the Legend of Everfree.
*points down to the everfree forest and giggles*
Lo and behold, a new species is discovered! And they have quite a mouth to them
Oh, help me Dr. Zaius!
That would be insane if it's Tim's girlfriend from his world, that ended others as a deer.
That certainly was an unexpected twist.
I was honestly expecting the deer to have been hurt by a Human that somehow miraculously survived.
But an unknown sapient Deer? Speaking the local language no less (Unlike Tim without the spell.). I doubt it is his girlfriend but certainly unexpected and will probably be involved. Maybe it is Human... Unlikely seeming to me but with magic almost anything is possible.
Now what would be an odd twist here is Tim being involved in a first contact scenario. She obviously does not like Ponies but may find common ground with a non-Pony.
Dang it. Now I have to wait for the next chapter.
Okay, this is an interesting new direction. Would be cool if the story gets more newcomers from different worlds.
You just couldn't resist with that last line, could you.

Nope, I couldn't.

I do understand what you are saying. Actually, the scene as planned was going to be a bit more explicit rape. Kalash put the kibosh on that. But the reconciliation upcoming in this next arc will be important. Thank you for understanding the difference between the two worlds and very different world views. I've been thinking quite hard about the serious differences between our world and a world of magical quadrupeds. I hope I continue to capture those differences in future chapters.

What shit?

You do realize you're trying to apply U.S. law to an imaginary world of technicolor ponies right? Sit back, take a breath, and let fan fic be fan fic.

Oh I just really get into things. I cry in movies easy and shout at tv screens and all that. Cracks my wife up. This story riled me up for about 10 hours. She actually got riled up too this time and said she is done with this story. We were like really deep into this story, talking about it when we went on walks and drove, then we like both overreacted all to hell. She is totally done with the story. I saw a bunch of other people having issues in the comments too. I intended to express commendation with my 2nd comment but I guess I changed my mind somewhere in it and decided to become a rape educator? I don't even know I guess I was frustrated.

If I remember right you were talking about the scene with Twilight right? To be honest I came away feeling like 2 drunk people had sex than anything forced. Between his desires and the pheromones and Twi being nearly out of her mind in heat it was more lack of self control for both parties.
And really I was more pissed at Tim for letting himself be degraded by North Point during his "punishment" than anything Twilight did.
8945245
It just feels like the psychological and emotional pressure that Twilight used by changing forms makes it hard to reckon as implied consent. A few verbal protests isn't much resistance, but rape is about force and resistance. Even weak resistance against such strong force makes it seem to me like something I wouldn't call cheating in the least. He went there with no intent of sex. Its really the herd's reaction that is so puzzling. I mean listening to his side even if he said he really wanted it too deep down and all, I would have told him he had a weakness and she took advantage of it and he shouldn't be down on himself. And I would have told him if he wanted it that bad he would have went there for that specifically and not protested about the herd's feelings. But he didn't, so he really didn't actually want Twilight as much as he thinks he did. I just feel like for a couple months there the herd loved themselves a hell of a lot more than Tim. I think after the Gala and they were galloping to get laid, Tim should have just went to the couch and been like "I'm not really feeling it, I think I'm turning in. Ask me again in a couple months."
Actually though I like how it played out. Its just I regard my dignity too high to sacrifice it to love that easy.

You have to be one of the most pathetic kinds of trolls to be continuing an argument that has been dead since September of last year...
8948285
Because calling someone pathetic is the best way thing to do in any scenario in which someone has an argument. I especially love the deflection of criticism by implying that it doesn't matter because it was originally talked about 10 months ago. Absolutely lovely. I also love how you try to imply that anything I say doesn't have merit by applying the label of troll to me, since trolls do things not because they believe in it, but because they want to provoke a response. Seriously, think about it logically: if I was a troll, you just did exactly what I wanted by having a negative reaction to what I said. I'm not a troll, I was making a serious, if sarcastic, comment and argument. To apply the label of troll and respond in a negative fashion is not good for you either way, unless you yourself are a troll, because either you're wrong or you're doing exactly what the person you're responding to wants.
My advice? Next time, respond to the points being made, and don't just try to use ad hominem arguments against them.
Also, when someone types a comment responding to you, if you respond to them, do it on the chapter they commented on. There is no reason for you to type it out on the later chapter at which the story is currently at and at which comments posted without looking at a specific chapter will be posted when replying to someone except for the purposes of having them not see and respond to your comment because it doesn't leave a notification like when the response is on the same chapter.
8949009
Actually what is pathetic is you assume I even remember this conversation or that I’m even still reading this fic after the drop in quality forced a rewrite...
8949635
If you don't remember the conversation, don't respond to someone who typed a single comment about it. Next time, save everyone's time if you both don't remember and don't want to look back at the two single comments before mine to refresh your memory. Nowhere did I say or even imply that you continued reading this story. Do you know what's pathetic? Assuming that people are making assumptions they never did and calling them pathetic because of it. Next time, think before you respond or don't respond at all.
8949923
You could also save everyone time by not bothering to respond to comments that were made so long ago that the entire conversation is probably null and void to begin with
Tim's going to end up fucking that deer, isn't he.
8950815
Twas I who set set that reference in place!
Nice.
