It doesn't matter how good they are, someone would have blown the whistle on them by now. Raping someone on every interview that reaches the second phase of it would quickly get someone who reports what happened, or who refused to participate after being raped. Or even just refusing because they found out that they thought was a special club for talented students who want to have influence on campus is more like an orgiastic Illuminati, and at someone point telling someone about it. Are they cursing people not to talk or something?
That's considerably more comfort provided for the spell than for when they started raping her. Strange set of values there.
Could you mention that this is a rapefic in the description or in an author's note at the beginning of the story?
