It's hard for me to think that this is implying Pinkie would be one that doesn't like fillyfoolers......or anypony else for that sake. The persona is just too jarring based on how we all see Pinkie. Same with Rainbow Dash (I know I'm just parroting stereotypes and memes here with her, until at least it shows otherwise.) Applejack let out a bit of an aside when she commented that most of the stallions had disappeared. I think there are more out there rather than Twilight and Fluttershy. And we don't even know if Fluttershy is gay or not. It just shows us that Twilight is, and Spike knows.
