This story is a sequel to Doctor Whooves: Invasion of Manehattan

Starlight Glimmer has succeeded, she has managed to steal one of the Star Swirl spells from the forbidden section of the Canterlot library and, after months of work studying countless tomes of arcane magic related to time, she will be able to defeat that princess of friendship and her friends before even meeting her.

All she has to do is stop the brat that was Rainbow Dash from doing the Sonic Rainboom on her. But before she does, somepony stops her and asks her a simple question, 'are you sure you want to do that?'

Fluttershy is quite the expert on creatures of all shapes and sizes, including ponies. So, as you can imagine, the sight of a walking talking skeleton pony with an afro might give her pause.

A science victory, that’s all William van Oranje ever wanted for his fair Dutch people. But, as political relations between Japan and Equestria crumble, and several other nations are beginning to pick sides, it seems obvious that a war is coming. Pressured to pick a side of his own, William decides to take a road normally not taken and try to negotiate peace between the nations. Inviting Princess Celestia of Equestria and Oda Nobunaga of Japan to the wonderful city of Amsterdam, William firmly believes that he can personally coerce the bumbling tyrants to not declare a world war that would possibly tear the planet apart. Unfortunately, peace and tranquility are a hard to acquire gift when dealing with absolute twits.

Princess Twilight Sparkle was a forward scout of the Equestrian Federation. Darting from star to star in the fastest vessel ever built, she was tasked with exploring the unknown. She spent every waking moment visiting new stars and planets, as she journeyed toward the galactic center.

A decade and thousands of light years into her mission, Twilight received an order to return home and refused it. She’s too committed to her quest; she has invested far too much time and hope to abandon it.

Now a fugitive for disobeying her orders, Twilight warps into a new star system. She has just moments to breathe before her pursuers catch up again. With no choice but to go onward, she takes the time to continue her exploration, before returning to her quest toward the galactic center.

When Wreck-it-Ralph finds a villain character who seems to have gone Turbo, he finds more than a handful in the handful sized sprite.
For one thing, she has no idea what game she comes from.
For another, her code seems completely foreign to the Arcade.
For a third...she's absolutely adorable.
Having only just finished cleaning up after King Candy's mess, this little Nightmare could be a problem...or the greatest blessing Ralph has ever received.

When Discord returns to Ponyville, the ponies think they already know all of his tricks. But when Twilight Sparkle gets sent to another dimension, where Pegasi dwell on Butterfly Island and Unicorns make rainbows in Unicornia, there seems to be no way to reunite the ponies! The Elements will have to find new hosts, and Twilight some new friends, as the ponies of this new world will have to learn true danger and bravery, and Twilight true friendship.

If you're too lazy to read, there are very fine Youtube readings of this story by this fine fellow and this fine fellow. I do revise my story a lot, though, so they might be outdated. Sorry about that! ^^;
