Equestria is divided into three superpowers: Advanced Unicornia, the Free Air Federation and the Pony Reform League. Despite their mutual dependency on solar energy, these powers engage in zero sum warfare for their own prestige and political ambitions.

Into this world enters Celestial Being, a private armed organisation aiming at nothing less than the elimination of war. Armed with the advanced mobile suits known as Gundams, the six gundam meisters stage armed interventions into conflict zones. A few days after The Friendship Castle appeared in Ponyville, Rainbow Dash asked Twilight again if she could turn her into a Griffin, just for an hour.

At first, Twilight refuses, thinking Dash will use the form of a Griffin for mean-spirited pranks, but when Dash explains she just wants to know what flying like a Griffin feels like, she agrees.

However, Pinkie Pie bounces in at the last second, trying to warn them of the spell going wrong.

Something goes wrong alright. something that will make Pinkie and Rainbow wish she hadn't tried to warn them.

Scootaloo grew up some of her fillyhood in an orphanage that belonged to a widowed mare and her dead husband. But the rest of her life up to the present have taken place on the streets of Ponyville, where she has made a reputation for being one of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and the town 'bum'. She wonders what the rest of her life up until her death every day. Where she'll end up, who she'll meet. It's part of the question that experience must answer.
