This is an unauthorized sequel to Fire Gazer the Alchemist's Reticence. If you haven't read that story yet, do! It's absolutely fantastic. I've gone ahead and made this story without approval due to the author's retirement from the site making it difficult to predict if they'll ever be around to give approval. While reading it is probably not 100% necessary to understand this story, it'd make it a lot better at the very least. Plus, reading this will spoil that story. Don't say you weren't warned!

This is also a sequel to Discord vs. The Greeting-Card Industry. It just won't make sense if you didn't read that story.

Discord thought his bet with Greeting-Card was settled. He was satisfied with his work thus-far, but that work wrought unforeseen consequences:

When Celestia asks Sunset to stop asking about the Crystal Mirror, she actually listens. Weeks pass until Celestia finally recognizes that her efforts to protect Sunset are having the opposite effect as intended. She decides a change of approach is needed before the fragile trust between them is shattered forever. She summons Sunset to her throne room for the first honest conversation they've had in months. Honesty alone won't be enough to mend their damaged relationship, but it's a start...

This story is a sequel to Dash of Humanity 2: A New Dawn

My time in Equestria has been eventful: I woke up trapped in Dash's head and sharing her body. I saved the world from Discord, adapted to life as a pony, and survived a love triangle between Dash, Soarin, and myself. Just when I thought I could finally relax and enjoy my new relationship, Equestria had one more surprise to throw at me.

I'm trapped in a time loop, cast by some unknown jerk, reliving the same day over and over. Twilight's out of town so I don't get to pull my favorite move: the ask a Princess to fix it for you card. As the only pony who can remember the time loop, it's up to me to fix it. I'll have to get help from the few unicorns left in town: Rarity, Lyra, and my new neighbor Minuette. Could this day get any worse?

A Re-Write of Dash of Humanity 3, focused on the Comedy HiE aspects that made the first two stories a success.

Lyra is getting ready to move. Knowing that it'll be the last time they'll all be together in Canterlot, Minuette decides to get all of their friends together to help. Trouble is, Twilight doesn't usually show up for such things, much to Moondancer's dismay.
Of course, Minuette knows Twilight's one weakness: Books. And Lyra has plenty of those.

Twilight Sparkle has always respected the laws of science and magic. It's a respect that got her a scholarship to SGU, where she formed a small but comfortable group of friends and has received top grades in her two years there. It's a life that makes sense.

With her final year beginning and a special instruction from the Princess to bond with a fellow pupil, Twilight has enough to fill her life and her mind. It doesn't make sense that she should have recurring dreams about a mysterious mare, that this mare seems eerily familiar despite being a total stranger, or that she can recall the dreams with unusual clarity.

Twilight has questions about Equestria and about herself, and the answers could reshape her perception of both. She begins her research with a central question:

What lies beyond the edge of a dream?
