While pouring over the town's taxes, Twilight Sparkle notices an anomaly in Applejack's returns, deciding to confront her about it. Needless to say, backcountry traditions and consumption tax-dodging don't sit too well with the Princess of Friendship.

There exist tales of the Spirit of Fear. A tall, bipedal creature with no face, tendrils of darkness, and a suit so black that he blends in among the trees.

These tales still exist, although they are relegated to simply be fables to get children to behave. Even with the life-like statue of him in Canterlot, he is still seen as fiction.

The tales say he kidnaps ponies who walk through his woods, and eats them whole! The Princess herself says these tales are true! Yet, no matter what, you should never fear the name...

Slendermane.

It's Scootaloo's birthday and you've been planning a surprise party for awhile now. All you have to do now is to make sure the aforementioned Tatzlsus makes it to Sugarcube Corner this evening.

However, there are a few small problems. You're a carb-devouring, fire-breathing, tamer-lacking, Guilmon who's a magnet for monsters, you live in Ponyville, and it's Tuesday.

This idea popped into my brain and it wouldn't leave. Enjoy my stupidity.

Things just haven't been the same since the blast

Sometimes when life goes on, it does it way too fast. Applejack and Apple Bloom discuss about how life goes on so fast.

Every night, Twilight Sparkle sleepwalks to the shore of a river in the Everfree. She knows she needs to get to the opposite side, but flying, teleporting, and canoeing have all failed. When Zecora finds her there one night, she offers to train her in Zebrican magic to get her across.

Together, Twilight and Zecora discover themselves and each other. And as their relationship deepens, the river beckons to Twilight ever more, calling to her flesh, destiny pulling at the marrow.

This is a story of coming-of-age for alicorns, of discovering love even as life seems to dissolve into the air around you, of making peace with your purpose and rebuilding confidence; a story about zebras and Equestria as a whole, about peace and exploration.
