Celestia is trapped on Earth.
Not as a human. Not as an alicorn. She's a common horse, an Arabian mare, without her magic, voice, knowledge of the language - not even freedom, forced to work at a riding school.

What can a single Arabian mare do to get back to Equestria from this backwater European country? With only the mind of a princess and a pencil in her teeth, Celestia must find a way home.

After deciding it best that Equestria lay claim over all of Earth and its inhabitants, Princess Celestia finds she now has a very special birthday present to offer to her sister.

Namely: Canada.

Jeff is a human who came to Equestria from nowhere turned into a pony, with no way to go back to earth, Jeff will have to stay "temporarily" in Equestria until he discovers a way to return to earth.
One of the things he learned about this world is that video games exist, but that they were very simple and boring compared to his world, and when he found out that his cutie mark had a connection to video games, he knew what he had to do.

John (a human,) has been selected by Celestia herself to fight for all of Equestria.

Now an earth pony, the slightly disappointed human (he wanted to be a pegasus) has to face the best the Griffon's can offer. Without a clue to what the contest is and starting immediately, his opinion is - Equestria is doomed.

Luna has a son, a human son, before ascending to his own throne, he will bring peace to Equestria and end a terrible war. Yes, he will do great things, there is only one problem.
Celestia hates him. She see's him as a threat and a savage, so when she sends him to die in the frozen wastes, what will happen?

Ponyville is a town completely populated by equines, and it's never been any different. But Twilight finds a defenseless infant human, abandon in the town, and she decides to take her under her wing. She's a bit of a hoofful, but Twilight is willing to love and defend her at the cost of her life, and perhaps her studies.

For those looking for an update, I'll be starting Act II some time this year. Sorry, but college is kicking me pretty hard and I have to focus. Until then, cheers everyone.

Scattered around Ponyville, multiple ponies begin to wake up as humans. Mixed in with them are four actual humans that have no idea where they are. As everyone finds out, they have no memory of what has happened, why they are human, or even what is going on around them.

Ponyville, save for the survivors-turned-human, is entirely abandoned and, what's more concerning, it is sealed within a massive magical barrier. With no memory to go on, everyone trapped inside must band together to find out what has happened.
