Mayor Mare has a solution however, a Bachelor auction and Big Mac is the star of her little show. Follow Mac as he goes through his own personal hell, while the other stallions seem to be enjoying themselves!

A short year has gone by since the "Vinyl Scratch Incident" and Spike finds himself as single as ever. When an old flame resurfaces however, Spike will be set on winning her heart.

Unfortunately for Spike, old flames aren't the only ones coming back. And when someone once very dear to Spike has a startling revelation, the dragon will have to make a decision that will change everything in his life.

As Spike searches for answers, the drake discovers the true meaning of love in the process.

Luna was never banished, Discord is Celestia's court jester, the Elements of Harmony do not exist, and Twilight grows more pompous and more egotistical every day.

Celestia is not amused.

This story is on indefinite hiatus. I might revisit it, so it's not cancelled, but I'm not currently skilled enough as an author to do some of the things I wanted. Believe me, I've got the drafts to prove it.

When Twilight comes back from her week long visit to her brother's house, she finds out that everything has changed. Canterlot High is babbling about some magic girl from another world, but Twilight knows better. There's no such thing as magic, or portals into other worlds.

Right?

EDIT: Wow. Never expected the feature. And by the way, thank you for anyone who commented with a consructive criticism. I'll be reading as many as I can and keeping them all in mind for the future chapters as well as going back to edit the past ones periodically. Enjoy the story!

EDIT 2: Went into the first chapter and tried to fix up the 'Twilight did X' issue that many people commented on. (Thank you to those who did.) Hopefully it is a bit more readable now.

EDIT 3: After fan feedback on a massive error I made where Princess Cadence was an out of control lunatic, I rewrote the Twilight meets Twilight scene so that it flows better and actually stays in character. Thank you for anyone who made a comment about this, I am listening to your feedback and writing my future chapters accordingly. (If there are any more of these, I'm going to keep these in a changelog in a blog post.)

The Ponyville Mayoral Election is coming up, and Twilight is excited to root for Mayor Mare alongside her friends. That is, until she discovers that in Ponyville stallions are not allowed to vote. Twilight quickly gets mixed up with the Ponyville civil rights movement, but when the time comes, will she stand against her friends?

Rainbow Dash and Spike have one thing in common: both are in love with each other's best friends. Spike takes it upon himself to help Rainbow find love with Twilight in return for help with Rarity. As the two learn more about each other in every failed attempt, they begin to fall for someone they'd never have expected to.

Rainbow Dash and Spike are arguing over a debate on who is the better flier in the wonderbolts between Blaze and Lightning Streak. It was a useless debate, but the flares between the two only made the necklace for loyalty spark more and more. Eventually it shot a beam through the safe, past the palace walls, and headed straight to Ponyville. The beam ensnared both Rainbow Dash and Spike just at the peak of the debate. Now Rainbow is Spike and Spike is Rainbow Dash.
