[Prototype 2/MLP crossover]
After a number of years, Nightmare Moon has returned and was able to make her own body, instead of finding a host. However, the process cost her most of her power, and she knew that, if she were to get it back before being discovered, she needed to get herself a familiar.

However, things don't go quite as planned, as the ritual end up costing her wings, and she gets quite a willful familiar. Over the next few days, she is forced to admit that her ultimate wish is that ponies liked her night, and through that her, by forcing them to experience it. With this relevation, she is faced with a new goal of getting the ponies to like her, which will be a even harder task.

Luckily (or perhaps unluckily) her familiar is there to help, with his intimidating visage, abrasive personality, and willingness to brutalize anyone needed.

This just needed to get out of my head, a single drop in a sea of hundreds of HIE fics. Possibly more realistic in terms in emotions and character bashing when due.

As I am suddenly launched into Equestria by unknown means, I must survive the Equine dominant world and find hopes of returning home to my family. And..(fing-er hooves crossed) find myself a girlfriend.

This story follows what happens after Rainbow Dash returns to equestria. Dr. Whooves brings her father to equestria, in the process turning him into a stallion. He ends up with Vinyl Scratch, Octavia, and Doctor Whooves while trying to find his daughter. Be expecting a very interesting twist at the end. I hope you enjoy. I know I enjoyed writing it.

Queen Chrysallis died in the aftermath of that ruinous invasion of Canterlot. But Tartarus would not be my afterlife, and death not my reaper. No, Ponyville is to be my purgatory, and my socially-inept roommate, Moon-Butt, my rather overly-enthusiastic reaper. I now live on borrowed time at the whims of my layabout of a roommate. To earn my freedom I must be able to not only prove that a changeling can live as a pony but also earn affection as one. But in between trying to get used to the notion that friends aren't food and learning to join the flash mobs in song and dance, I find that there is more to being a pony than meets the eye.

That was the good news. The bad news? I swear by the Ancient Ones, this useless sloth I have to share a room with is simply using me as an excuse to be an incompetent freeloader away from her sister's watchful eyes. You know everything has gone hooves-up when I'm the voice of reason. But bills need to be paid, bits need to be earned, and I have to somehow save up enough to move out of this flat. For my sanity's sake.

This is my first attempt at a HiE fic. I know it's overdone but I can guarantee it's not a self insert. This time, anyway. But nevertheless! I digress! You are a human stuck in the oh-so-magical land of Equestria where there are trees and flowers and chirping birds and ponies and mythical beings who can cause a lot of destruction and death. A pleasant place to be.
