It's a stormy day in Ponyville and Apple Bloom is stuck inside with a cold. Luckily, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo pay a visit to help destroy Apple Bloom's boredom.

The Crusaders are planning a little sleepover to prove that they're responsible enough to take care of themselves. To this end, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle decide to pick up a pizza for dinner. What follows is a series of mistakes that may make for an intriguing noodle-scratcher for the outside observer. But for the Crusaders, it just leads to empty stomachs and embarrassment.

The Crusaders are discussing their next crusade when their fellow classmate, Rumble, asks them for some help. Apparently, his older brother, Thunderlane, has been acting really strangely: going out without saying where to, coming home late, and the strange smell of apples coming off of him whenever he does... And it turns out, Apple Bloom has been noticing some strange things going on with Applejack, who has been doing the same thing!

But, when following the two ponies, they're surprised to find out they're... Dating?!

When Fluttershy received her certification as a fog specialist, she only wanted a plausible excuse to write off the expenses associated with her ground-based house on her taxes. However, when an accident in Cloudsdale sends a blanket of industrial-grade clouds rolling towards Ponyville, Fluttershy suddenly finds herself in charge of coordinating the response, mostly because she's the only fog specialist in the area. Can our heroine step up to the challenge at hoof, or will she risk facing the wrath of the Equestrian Revenue Service?
