Luna has been redeemed by the elements of harmony, but is finding that salvation is harder to come by. Ponies avoid her, the memories of Nightmare Moon still fresh in their minds. Change never happens easily, and Luna struggles despite the help of her sister and new friends, failing as much as she succeeds.

At the Wedding Elegance and Fate, a Changeling Queen had disguised herself as Fate. Fortunately, Celestia found Fate. What nopony knew was that Fate wasn't the only one who'd been replaced.

I suppose we got off to a good start, aside from being told that after all I'd done I'd never see Earth again. So long as I can look on the bright side of life, and not get arrested for running pranks on everypony with Dash, I might just survive long enough to find my purpose in Equestria. So help me, however, if I get any vegetable related cutie marks I will choke a Princess.

Story seven of the Savage Skies series. The first months of Dawn's stay in Ponyville have been tumultuous, to say the least. Fortunately, winter is coming, not only offering the colt respite from his enemies, but also giving Dawn the opportunity to enjoy the season with his new friends and family. Little does he know that this is to be a season of many firsts for him.

Meanwhile, a new pony has come to Ponyville in response to Twilight Sparkle's call for research subjects. Unfortunately, this stallion's past experiences have left him bitter and paranoid. It will be up to Rarity, of all ponies, to make this unexpected guest feel welcome in Ponyville and heal the wounds in his heart.

Thanks to the work of a griffon alchemist, the griffons now find themselves with solar magic... and an itching to expand their territories. Right next door in beautiful, peaceful Equestria, there are ponies just asking to be taken over.
