Twilight Sparkle has found a spellbook dedicated for transformation spells and is experimenting with some of them in her basement. Everything goes swimmingly until she is surprised by a sudden crash from the library above, causing her to accidentally hit herself with a beam of magic...

...which mercilessly shrinks her down until she is just about two or three inches long.

Now she just has to find a way to return herself back into her original size.

With the population of the changeling race crippled by their expulsion from Canterlot, and their queen powerless to salvage it on her own, Chrysalis requires outside help from Equestria to get them back on their feet. But reaching out to Princess Celestia proves troublesome, as she cannot risk returning to Canterlot, and the one pony outside the city with a direct line to her is also the least willing to trust her. The salvation of her kingdom may rely on her making amends... and perhaps making friends as well.

After having to flee ponyville trixie finds herself alone in the everfree forest...or so she thinks. After being ambushed trixie thinks this is the end of her, But just as she slips out of conscious she hears the beast yelping out in pain and is able to see a blur of motion before her as her vision fades. When she awakens what she decides on doing next could change her world for better or for worse.

This is slightly dark but im not sure if the rest will be it depends on the feed-back I get.

It has been several months since the disappearance of Twilight Sparkle..

One night, after watching her sister raise the Moon and set the heavens alight, Princess Celestia begins to bed down for the night, only to be interrupted by portal forming in her room. From out of the portal comes none other than Twilight Sparkle, garbed in strange armor.

Princess Celestia, along with Luna, Cadence, and Shining Armor, are overjoyed by the Element of Magic's return, but are justifiably curious as to where she had been and what she had been doing. And so, Twilight begins her tale. A tale of survival against impossible odds. A tale of a people fighting for the most basic right of all sentient beings. The right to exist.

Chrysalis finds herself in the Everfree. She is still a filly, planning to rule Equestria someday. But, she finds herself in the time a few weeks before her older self tried to ruin Princess Mi Amore Cadanza's wedding. Her filly self finds Fluttershy, but since she is still a filly, she knows nothing about the Canterlot plan. Fluttershy then cares for the young Chrysalis, and learns her side of the story.

"Maybe... she's not so evil... just misunderstood... maybe she's... good."

Almost a Chrysalis and Fluttershy version of Past Sins

On a dark night filled with even darker magics, an insane cult attempts to give Nightmare Moon a body and life of her own, utterly separate from Princess Luna. But, when the spell is interrupted by Celestia, something unexpected is created.

Now, a little black alicorn filly named Nyx finds herself living under the care of Twilight Sparkle, only to be haunted by memories and emotions from her past. Is she Nightmare Moon reborn or is she simply a doppelganger with a soul and mind of her own? Can Twilight Sparkle protect Nyx from those who refuse to see past her dragon eyes and black coat?

Or, will Nyx be forced to inherit the sins that may not even be hers and become the greatest evil Equestria has ever known?

The royal wedding is saved but at what cost? There was more to the changeling attack than was apparent and Twilight begins to wonder if it was all as black and white as it seemed. Queen Chrysalis was defeated and her rule was taken from her. With no food and no allies, she is doomed to the dreary fate she had always feared. When faced with potential tragedy, Twilight has to make one of the scariest decisions of her life. Does she help the dying changeling or leave her to her "just" end?

Every thousand years, the world where upon Equestria lies is chosen to play host to IGOM, the Interdimensional Gathering of Malevolence, an actually somewhat fun convention of the multiverse's undertakers of dirty deeds. Unfortunately, with Discord frozen in stone and the spirit that was Nightmare Moon nowhere to be found, the 'honor' of being host has now fallen upon the shoulders of a reluctant Queen Chrysalis. The problem? She has never had to host any sort of celebration in her life, nor does she consider herself 'evil'.

Filled with doubts, the Changeling Queen turns to the one being in all the land who may be able to help her. Will the world's most famous party pony be able pull off the odd celebration and show the Queen of Deception that there may be more to life than brooding, or will the vile beings she's forced to be around convince her to be comfortable with her 'bad' side? And just what is the true intention held behind the creation of IGOM?

Trixie is found by one of the 6 mane members and has moved to Ponyville. Trixie give up her show off behaviour as she wants to fit in. However most ponies have a grudge on the show-mare and has labelled her as a out cast.
