Stallions Applejack, Rainbow Blitz and Butterscotch live in this crazy town of Ponyville. And they have to deal with neighbors harassing them, old enemies stopping by, chasing girls and more.

When attempting to fool Trixie into removing the Alicorn Amulet from around her neck, Twilight seemingly turns Applejack into a stallion. However, when everypony realizes that Twilight actually transfigured Applejack into a real stallion, it flips the apple farmer's life upside down.

Well, at least her friends can now hit on her without it being weird, right?

Consequences of our actions are often unforeseen. Some are harmless, some are fatal. Some are temporary, some are permanent. And then we have these.

When Rarity decides to perform a little wizardry, it should come as no surprise that things do not go as planned. One thing leads to another, and Rainbow Dash ends up with a stallion that looks, acts, and thinks like her to deal with. Will hilarity ensue? Will relationships form? On a request from Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle and the rest of the mane six explore an abandoned mansion located deep in the woods. While doing so, they unwittingly stumble across an enchanted mirror that scrambles their DNA and pops out three brand new bouncing baby ponies. Hilarity and drama ensue as the mane six must cope with being suddenly thrust into motherhood, as well as protect their new foals from a dark god that wishes to use them for his own sinister gain.

Luna's plan to thank the Elements of Harmony involves playing match maker. Who better for the six but colt versions of themselves. Her plan sends them to a parrel dimension to do just that. hopefully her oversight doesn't destroy her own dimension

It is the morning after the Royal Wedding, and Twilight Sparkle wakes up to expect it to be like any other day, until, instead of Spike, she meets a little dragonNESS named Spines who claims to be her number one assistant. She then finds out that her friends, everyone in her village, and pretty much everyone in Equestria, even the two reigning princesses, are all the opposite gender. What's more, they're claiming this is how it's always been. Even more so, her "coltfriends" turn out to be harboring romantic feelings for her! Will Twilight be able to solve this conundrum to change things back to normal, or will she be forced to adapt to her new lifestyle? Will Twilight's friends (lovers) bring their beloved egghead back to her senses, or will she be driven to do something everyone would regret?

In hopes of breaking her normal routine, Twilight decides to make an effort to get away from her books and spend as much time with her friends as possible, dedicating one whole day to each of them.

Though nothing is as it seems. While spending a day with Bubble Berry, she receives a letter from Princess Celestia informing her that something sinister and magical is afoot in Ponyville, causing that day to be repeated. But with Bubble Berry asking her out on a date that very same day, Twilight may not have time to find the source of the anomaly while she comes to terms with the feelings developing between herself and one of her closest friends.

Concerned about the confidence of some of her students, Cheerilee enlists Rainbow Dash to take six children: Sweetie Belle, Silver Spoon, Snails, Dinky Doo, Pipsqueak and Archer on a week-long camping trip to Whitetail Woods. Rainbow enlists the aid of Big Macintosh as her co-chaperone as she tries to teach the young fillies and colts about camping, teamwork, confidence and how to get along and fend for themselves.
