It been one week since the Ninja's victory over the Oni and all of Ninjago is at peace that is until the Ninja realize that when Lloyd destroyed the Realm Crystal it pull Ninjago and another realm together merging them into one realm. Now in a new united realm along the rest of his team they knows next to nothing about Lloyd must work alongside a newly crowned and overly curious princess by the name of Twilight Sparkle and Her Friends the Elements of Harmony and the rest of the Ninja to protect this new realm he himself had inadvertently created from enemies both old and new but can they face an ancient evil that almost brought doom to their home once before and may just succeed now???....

Events of this story take place after season 10 of Ninjago and Season 3 of My Little Pony
All creatures are different human or humanoid creatures:
Ponies: humans with/without wings and/or unicorn horns
Equestrian Dragons: dragon people with wings, horns and tails
Changelings: Elven shapeshifters, with horns and insect wings
Griffins: Harpies with talon feet and feathered ears
SeaPonies and Hippogriffs: Merpeople and Avians
Breezies: Fairies
Yaks and Buffalo: Fauns with hooves and horns
while Ninjago dragons and other monsters and creatures from Ninjago
including the Serpentine, Formlings and skeletons will remain as they only imagine them looking at little less Lego

some ships will include; Jaya, Applecole, TwiLoyd, Fluttercord, Spikebelle, Etc
Ninjago Is owned Lego and My Little Pony is owned by Hasbro

Now, Spider-Man must contend with the magician’s powerful illusions and technology, all while trying to preserve his friendship with Trixie and learning of her family's turmoil.

In spite of taking down the Mighty Vulture, the people of Canterlot City can't help but distrust the new hero in town. Sadly, Peter's personal life shares similar struggles as he can't seem to blend in with anyone at Canterlot High during the Musical Showcase. However, things seem to escalate once three girls start causing trouble for Spidey and Parker.

It's just another day in the life of a rookie superhero.

I've seen this idea done before, but as a fan of Sonic and MLP: FiM, I wanted to give it a go myself.

This, basically, is the story of Sonic Generations, but crossed over with the MLP:FiM universe, with Spike and the Main Six taking the place of Classic Sonic and Classic Tails with other MLP characters also appearing (most aren't listed to prevent spoilers). Except for Green Hill, there will be different areas explored, as well as pony rivals and different era bosses. So while it will have its similarities to the console and 3DS versions of the actual game, it will definitely have its differences too.

Also, in case anyone was wondering, there will NOT be any shipping in this story. At the very least, no crossover shippings. No SonicxRD, TailsxTwilight, TailsxFluttershy, or anything like that. If there is any shipping at all, it will only be between characters from the same universe. And the only humans in this story are Dr. Eggman and the ones that appear in the "Sonic Unleashed" level.

The story is inspired by the Spiders and Magic series started by Maximus_Reborn

Following his adventure twenty-five years into the future, Peter Pony Parker has been doing his best to live a normal life with his wife Twilight Sparkle and daughter Mayday. Of course, their friends are still by each other's side, but for now they enjoyed the peace.

That is, until Spider-Man 2099 warps in during a picnic. With the barriers between Earth and Equestria broken, as well as the very fabric of time. Peter must become Spider-Mane once more with his successor to defeat the mastermind Walker Sloan and his growing army.

Star Swirl "The Bearded One", known as the King of Equestria, passed away. But before dying, he communicated that he will leave his kingdom to the strongest pirate in the world.
Thus, hundreds of pirates from around the world will compete to reach Equestria, among whom is a young rookie pirate named...

Twilight Sparkle, "The Starry Crown"

When a suspicious interdimensional portal opens up right in the Royal Canterlot Castle, Princess Celestia quickly invokes the Elements of Harmony to help her, only to find nothing more and nothing less than a 16 year-old male human with a mysterious technologic device on his wrist , which allows him to transform into a huge variety of powerful, extraterrestrial beings.

But that human is not the only thing that has arrived to Equestria...

Dr. Eggman has arrived in Equestria and has taken over Canterlot. Ponies are being Roboticized and hope is dimming. The Mane Six team up with Sonic in this fun filled adventure to stop the mad doctor from claiming the power of the Elements of Harmony and conquering all of space and time.
