Twilight Sparkle may be the smartest pony in all of Ponyville. She may be able to understand non-linear magical field gains but love eludes her. Can reason and the scientific method shed some light on this mysterious magic? Twilight is determined to try. Surely it is only a matter of applying a proper rigorous series of tests and analyzing the results. It couldn't be any simpler.

Twilight gets a distressing letter from Celestia and rushes to Canterlot.
What happened to the princess? What is Luna up to? Why do I sound like the narrator to a bad crime drama?
The first chapter is inspired by a drawing from JohnJoseco. The rest will be my own madness doing its part.

This is a realistic view on how shipping would actually happen in the show. Almost every pony has been shipped with everypony else, but this is what would actually happen if two ponies ever attempted at a relationship.

Twilight Sparkle, the daughter of Celestia and an aspiring mage, lives in the Castle, sheltered from the outside world which the Queen is bringing to ruin. But one day, a tragic choice forces her to leave, and her life is changed forever. Rebellion looms. Equestria needs a Hero.

Princess Celestia, the normally pristine, just mare has a dark secret: She believes that the only way for the help with the apple produce industry in southern Equestria: Slaves, specifically Earth Ponies.

Her sister Luna, however, feels very strongly against this, and decides that they must split up. Equestria is separated into two parts: North and South. Twilight Sparkle, Celestia's loyal student, joins her as for she believes in what her teacher thinks. But her friends think otherwise, and join Luna to fight the malicious ponies and liberate the enslaved. But, how will they pull it off? Will it happen with justice and grace? Or distort into a bloody civil war with no end?

The life of Rainbowshine gets rudely interrupted when a letter delivered to the wrong pony gives her knowledge of a secret organization called the Butterfly Brigade, and their plan to gain control of Cloudsdale with terror and fear.

After an accident leaves her grounded, she searches for somepony that can help her dechypher the odd documents she recieved. This becomes the start of a dangerous spy game against the leader of the brigade. With the hearts and minds of Cloudsdale at stake, and facing an enemy guided by the force of chaos itself, it is easy to go too far...
