As he is packing, Shining Armor is confronted by his father about his decision to join the Royal Guard. Will he approve of this?

The epic of Pinkie Pie and the Immortal Man who's fate is tied to Equestria's. His life will be filled with dangers, choices, secrets, love, and most importantly, beauty. As time flows, the world begins to understand the immortal, and the immortal begins to understand his true purpose in the universe.

Two side notes: The main character comes from an Earth where MLP does not exist, so he is not a brony. That and this story is based around knowledge of seasons 1-2.

Granny Smith nurses an ailment one night, and meets somepony from her past better left forgotten. But the pony in question will not be chased off and his deal will not be denied. For honor, for love, for the soul of the Apples.

A new born foal causes an uproar in the Crystal Empire, when it is discovered that he bears the horn of King Sombra. Princess Cadence wants to raise the foal as her own, but Shining Armor is weary of the baby colt.

Okay let's just go over everything that's happened so far. Dragged into a road trip, check. Dragged to a convention, check. Dragged through dimension. Wait what? Okay, universe. Stop! Seriously what did I do to deserve that last one! Stop throwing me into impossibly horrible situations! It was bad enough being world thrown, but public enemy number 1!? What did I ever do to you!?

Evidently, I must have done a lot. I have been trapped here with nothing but my wit and ingenuity, but I'm still alive and have at least one friend. I decided that it would be better make the most out of my new life, and see if I can live at all in this crazed world of Magic and Myths. Hopefully I won't screw up too badly. I fear what may come if I do. Though.... this is all starting to feel familiar. I'm having some difficulty remembering from where though.

A noble earth-pony family, fallen somewhat on hard times, is killed in a mining accident. They leave behind a single male heir, who is in sore need of a guardian, and of protection. Celestia takes the young pony under her wing and delivers him not to ponies - not earth, unicorn or pegasus - but to a dragon, an ambassador, an old friend of hers.

Playing a game which may just be deadly to the uninformed, the dragon decides that the one path open to him to ensure the safety of his charge and to carry out his sworn duty, is to adopt.

Following the passing of their abusive and alcoholic father, best brothers Beer Pong and Barley Hops inherit their family business.

However, as the two enjoy their new lives of liberty, their love for each other is put to the test, when distressing evidence suggests that Maltose Grain's death was perhaps not such an accident after all.

Nightmare Moon has returned. Princess Celestia lied and betrayed her star pupil, Twilight Sparkle, leaving her woefully unprepared to fight the Queen of the Night.

But when she fails, rather than disposing of her and the ponies that tried to help her, Nightmare Moon sees an opportunity and a necessity. Having been locked away for one thousand years, who better to help her solidify her rule and keep Equestria from collapsing, all while rubbing it in her sister's face, than her own betrayed pupil?

Curtis is back and this time he is a King. After marrying Chrysalis and taking in both the flesh and blood of a changling he has become their King and is now leading them into an age of peace by bringing both the ponies and the changlings together.

But when a group of extremist terrorists attack and kidnap both his son and wife he is then swept up into an adventure to save them and bring down this organization.

Equestria has fallen.

The Elements of Harmony are powerless, and Chrysalis rules over Equestria, holding the princesses as her own.

Shade, the son of the princess is dead, murdered by the evil changeling.

And as Fluttershy toils as Chrysalis's slave, she thinks that all hope is forever gone for her country.

But just when everything has hit the lowest point, a glimmer of hope is found...
