Even the smallest magical accidents, as anyone in the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad can tell you, can have significant and far-reaching effects.

Especially if it wasn't Accidental Magic at all, but deliberate magic that was doing something that wasn't intended at all. Like, for example, the very trustworthy ancient magic of Hogwarts suddenly choosing to invite about fifty times as many students in one year as it usually does.

Naturally, when these small yet significant magical accidents happen, there is almost always someone that doesn't want it corrected for some reason or another. In this case, that someone is in a position of power, so it doesn't get corrected.

And over ten of thousand new students are officially admitted to Hogwarts in a single year. After all, these new students bring with them stories of things thought and even known to be completely impossible, in some cases, and the complete conviction that they are possible where they come from, wherever that is.

Naturally, Dumbledore expected that someone would make them possible. What he did not expect was the who and the how.

A rewrite and reimagining of the once-popular On the Implications of Parallel Worlds, which was itself a rewrite and reimagining of The Gate. This time around, it should be a little easier to avoid deadlocking the plot.

Written with the editing and proofreading assistance of Skittlebug (Former), Gerandakis, Rose, and Raven, and I can't be bothered to find links to their profiles right now- or even their full profile names...

As always, tags may be updated as the story progresses.

Will update weekly on Tuesdays, following the death of On the Implications of Parallel Worlds, or when ready on Patreon.

Cancellation planned for around chapter 85.

It could be argued that the phrase “based on a true story” applies to this story.

This is my first published story on fimfiction. Like the description says, three humans are transported from our universe and sent to Equestria. Those three humans are me, Jet_Black1980, and the mod of Monster Steven on Tumblr. The three of us were sent to Equestria in the form of our MLP OCs, and now we must live out our lives while stuck there. Some events that have happened on the show may or may not happen in the story.

There's friendship and other stuff in it too. More genres will be added soon. Rated T for cursing.

Jetblack1980 and @beingmonsterau gave me permission to use their likeness in my story. Jetblack1980 also gave me permission to use Heartbreak for his current form. Also, this story is not connected to the Heartbreak series.

The cover art is an image of Foodie Love drawn by doodlemark.

My Proofreader is The Psychopath, while Jet_Black1980 proofreads Heartbreak's lines to make sure there are no mistakes.

Edit: Added the Suicide tag because of Chapter 12.

This story is a sequel to Imbalanced: New Age

WT-FEATURED? 2.3.2020 (How did that happen?)

War is raging on the continent of Zebrica where a new warlord has risen, using immensely powerful magic to subjugate clans and countries.

In Equestria, conspiracies tying princess Celestia to Corrupted are running rampant, princess Luna is investigating an ancient alicorn legacy pertaining to entities called only 'the enemy' and 'the herald', and princess Twilight Sparkle is trying to keep Equestria together despite the rising panic.

In the Griffon Empire, both Black Ops and Imperial armies are in a losing battle against spreading Corrupted territories transforming the land.

And knowing nothing about any of that, there's Harriet, a young dragonpony in the Griffon Empire whose life is about to be shattered by a group of ponies seeking something from her father's hoard that would make all the previous threats to peace a small beer.

UPDATES: Hopefully monthly.

EDIT: Added AU tag, since this takes place some three hundred years (give or take) after Twilight's alipopcornification.

This story is a sequel to Corrupted Lands

What does it mean to lose everything?

What if there was a pony who had no self-respect, no sense of self-worth, and who suppressed his self-preservation instinct to save the few friends who against all odds stood by him through good and bad? What did they see in him he couldn't see himself?

Maybe it was the fact that he really sacrificed all he had so that they could have a future even without him. What if this pony was an alicorn, though, whose divinity forced him to return back to the world much later when all he knew was gone? No friends, no love for himself, nopony to lean on.

Blazing Light is back, baby.

This story is a sequel to Dawn Of The Silver Sun

The Corrupted came from the west, that is all that's known. Before ponies understood what's going on, princess Celestia marched to stop them. She had to know something nopony else did, but it wasn't enough.

The last vestiges of ponies and changelings are now ruled by princess Luna, queen Chrysalis, and Twilight Sparkle, starving and losing hope in face of an enemy who grows stronger with every passing day.

Sex tag for: descriptions of bodyparts and base animal instincts. No clop.

This story is a sequel to Dawn Of The Silver Sun

What is that? Nopony knows.

A depressed griffon, reeling from the death of his lover. The griffon's unicorn assistant, not so secretly pining after her boss. Three new recruits about to become the special unit meant to protect the innocents. All those will clash in the struggle for power, immortality, and fulfilling their own desires.

This story is a sequel to The Third Diary

Now featured and with cover art by ProjectRabbid

Two decades ago the city of Cloudsdale passed over a growing town on the southwestern outskirts of Equestria called Wild Bastion. Several months later a newborn hippogriff appeared on the doorstep of a local orphanage. It wasn't dark and stormy night, the date wasn't a mythical number reoccuring once a millenium, and the little bundle of solitude was nopony special.

Discord, Nightmare, and Harmony, the three deities supposedly behind the creation of Equus are infinitely older but during recent years they learned to appreciate the value of mortals and understand their threat. Unfortunately for the gods, the secret they kept from everyone else is about to be revealed and old hatred and games will have to be forgotten.
