Ponies don't usually want apples this badly. Cider, sure—they'll line up for miles to get cider. But never have Applejack, Big Mac, and Granny Smith seen such a turnout for their apple stand alone.

Granny should have known better than to send the two bickering teenage foals on their own to get more inventory, but with the demand for the apples ever rising, she really had no other choice. And honestly, it would have been fine.

If only that pony hadn't bumped into Applejack.

He ends up trapped by a force in flux warping the building's floors while trying to kill him, trap his soul, warp his body, twist his mind, and a multitude of different things. What's worse is that an outside force has entered the building at nearly the same time and have confused the janitor for one of the monstrous abominations spawning in the warped construct. All the janitor can do now is try to leave the building without undergoing fates worse than death.
