This is my second fanfiction. It's the life story of Ditzy Doo, beginning with her in primary school.
She was always made fun of because of her eye condition, until she found a single kind soul.

Tell me what you think, and if I should continue it. Honestly, don't expect daily updates, but do expect at least one a week. I get really annoyed with myself if I go for more than 3 days without writing anything.

A little known fact about Derpy Hooves is that she has been keeping a diary ever since she learned to write. Spread out through several volumes, she has documented the various ups and downs of her life so that she may reflect on them. Derpy's diary tells a long story of positives, negatives, and the occasional tragedy. But through it all, Derpy always manages to find the light at the end of the tunnel.

Set some years before the return of Nightmare Moon in canon and my other Berry Punch stories, but can be read on its own.

Berry Punch has settled into her new life in Ponyville. She's made a friend whose daughter is a great friend to Ruby Pinch as well. Business is good, there's always money in alcohol. But Berry isn't a pony at ease with herself, and so she hates market day. Too many ponies to see, too many irrational anxieties.

The high point of her morning is therefore a visit by Ditzy Doo, taking a break on her mail route to have a chat.

Cloud Kicker might just have the wildest life of any pony in Equestria. That may just be why Princess Luna wants Twilight Sparkle to study the insanity that is Cloud Kicker's life for a sociology report. Unfortunately for Twilight Sparkle, she is going to have to survive the circle of jealous friends, paramours, enemies, crazy co-workers and disappointed family members that surround this crazy pony. Will Twilight Sparkle be able to complete this assignment before it spins out of control, or will she be reduced to a neurotic mess?

A prequel to the events of both continuities in The Winningverse.

When a friend finally comes her way, Ponyville's residential mailmare will surprise everyone—including herself—when she demonstrates how far she's willing to go to keep that friendship.

You Are Normal Too shows the story of Derpy overcoming past heartache to find happiness in the present. Her relationship with her first lover is told in bits and pieces, but this goes into far greater detail about them coming together, breaking apart, and her life afterward.

Reading this first can give greater insight on the mental struggles Derpy goes through in the story, but this story is told in an abridged form in chapter 2 of You Are Normal Too, so there's no spoilers for the main story.

Dinky has always known her mother was a little different from a lot of ponies she met. Her eyes went in different directions, but this never bothered the filly until class bully Diamond Tiara began to mock her mother, setting Dinky into a rage. Because of a misunderstanding both mother and daughter believe the other doesn't like them anymore, and they try to make amends towards each other. In doing so Derpy reveals her regrets from the past where a cruel stallion broke her heart and left her alone and pregnant.

Will Derpy be able to overcome the past to find happiness in the present?

Derpy Doo, heavily-pregnant, is taking part in the town play of the Rejuvenation Festival, a very important time that celebrates the birth of Laurelore the Firsticorn, the first alicorn ruler of Equestria. Mayor Mare and friends organise the event and, when the big night comes, are fully expecting something to go wrong.
Princess Celestia, meanwhile, comes to Ponyville for some mild respite and watches the play.
And a lonely traveller, finally having found his true place in the universe, returns to Equestria to help an expecting mother.
What happens will change their lives forever as on this night, just as it was many centuries ago, a very special foal will be born in Ponyville.
