Local Ponyville folklore says that the mysterious colt that just moved into town hides a mysterious secret. Some say he's a government spy, plotting to take over Equestria. Others think he's just a shy stallion who has trouble talking to others. When Derpy Hooves, the resident mailmare, delivers a letter to the reclusive pony, what she finds is not at all what anypony had expected--least of all herself.

The Doctor has spent almost his entire life running, from loss, from despair, from death. But when the TARDIS shields are down and The Doctor is in the epicenter of a black hole and supernova meeting. He is transported to an entirely new universe. A universe inhabited by talking ponies. With the TARDIS seemingly destroyed, and on the brink of regeneration. The Doctor goes on one of his most wild adventures yet.

It was just supposed to be a routine archaeological mission. Twilight was looking forward to exploring the ancient temple and heading back home to Ponyville and her friends as soon as possible. But, soon ponies start disappearing, and statues never seem to be in the same places. Through the gloom and the darkness Twilight is forced to fight for her life, with only the hidden recordings of a mysterious stallion to guide her.

When the Tardis lands unexpectedly in Canterlot the bumpy landing leaves the Doctors Companion Octavia in the lurch when it takes off again whisking the Doctor across time and space without her, leaving Octavia at the mercy of whomever finds her, meanwhile the Doctor gets a vision of the future while desperate to retrieve his companion lost in an unfamiliar time.

Ponyville is a quiet town, no murders or criminal activity of the like... Most of the time. But that's what the Pony in the Gray Trilby, AKA Philip Finder is for. With the skills of Sherlock Holmes, no case is left unsolved for him. But this time, he might need a little bit of help when somepony starts kidnapping ponies for a sinister purpose...

The Doctor's in a bad place. His best friend's left him, and he's traveling the universe to give it a fare-well tour before retirement. Might become a bee-keeper, worked out for that detective after all. But now he's crash landed in an Equestria that's different than the one he's used to and is about to get embroiled in a mystery that involves two old foes...
