Chapter 6 Meeting

"Hello everypony I am here reporting live at the Great Galloping Gala where many celeprites are here cwelibatring, more on this later."

Meanwhile Twilight Sparkle and Spike, another reporter from the Daily Pegasus, are there covering the whole thing.

"So Twilight are you ready to interview all these celebrities that will be here" Spike said

"Yes I'm ready." Twilight said

As they were talking a car pulled up and out stepped a Pegasus mare with rainbow colored main attracting the attention of Twilight.

"Who that?" Twilight asked

"You must be new, that is Rainbow Dash, CEO of Dash Enterprise in Ponyville." Spike said

"Ponyville mmm, maybe I should ask her questions about Zapp." Twilight thought to herself

As Rainbow Dash entered the party she was suddenly stopped by a unicorn(her wings are hidden under her clothes) with a purple main

"Miss Dash, Twilight Sparkle Daily Pegasus, what's your position on the Zapp vigilante in Ponyville?" the mare asked

When she heard this all Rainbow could do was smirk at the question

"Sure." Rainbow replied

"What do you want to know about our little hero in our city."

"Hero?" Twilight said

"I really wouldn't call her a hero, she a vigilante."

"Then what do you think of her." Rainbow asked

"I think civil liberties are being trampled on in your city people living in fear, she thinks he's above the law." Twilight said

"The Daily Pegasus criticizing those who think they're above the law is a little hypocritical, wouldn't you say?" Rainbow said

"Considering every time your hero saves a cat out of a tree, you write a puff piece editorial about an alien that could burn the whole place down."

"Most of the world doesn't share your opinion, Miss. Dash." Twilight replied

"Maybe it's that Ponyvile and me, we just have a bad history with freaks dressed like draconequus."

As the two started at each other they where interrupted by another pony

"Girls!" A mare with a purple main and blue highlights said

"Mmm Rainbow Dash meets Twilight Sparkle, Ha I love it, I love bringing people together how are we?"

The mare stepped forward and shook Rainbow Dash hooves which she shook back

"Hi, hello." the mare said

"Starlight." Rainbow said

Then she went over and shook Twilight hooves

"Starlight it is a pleasure." As she shook her hooves Starlight notice she was rather strong for a unicorn mare

"Ow wow, that is a good grip you should not pick a fight with this pony." she said to the both of them

"So how are two enjoying the party." Starilght said

"It's gets better and better every year." Rainbow said

"This is my first time at a gathering like this." Twilight said

"Well I hope you enjoy your first time here." Starlight said as she walked away

"Well Miss Dash sorry for taking up your time maybe we might meet again someday." twilight said shaking Rainbow's hooves one more time

"Yeah maybe we will" Rainbow said smiling

As the two walked off into separate direction they had no idea they will meet again, but not as they expected

Hey there. Thanks very much for getting this next chapter up. Again, you could use work on making your chapters longer and NOT making your chapters TOO much like the actual clips, but all the same, great job on the exchanges, emotional content and future chapter set-up in all the right places. I'll definitely be looking forward to more of this as soon as time and inspiration will allow.
