Meanwhile Rainbow Dash owner of Dash Enterprise was coming home after a long meeting with the board of directors.
She entered her house (mansion) and turned on the T.V.
"Whooves, I'm home." Dash said.
"Welcome back Mistress Dash." Whooves said.
Dash sat down on the couch and watch the annoucment made about Matter-Horn.
"Matter-Horn has been pardon for any damage she caused during her battle with Lord Tirek." the news mare said "And she will now be free to help or save any ponies in danger as long as she follows our rules, in other news..."
When she heard that she stood up in surprised.
"WHAT!" She screamed "Why are they pardoning her, it's her fault my company building got destroyed!"
"Mistress Dash please calm down." Whooves said.
"Calm down, how can I calm down when an alien who killed thousands of ponies was just let go!" Dash said.
"There nothing you can do about it, so why do you sit down and have a nice cup of tea." Whooves said.
"Rainbow Dash may not be able to stop him, but I know somepony who can." she said.
Rainbow ran to the statue near the grandfather clock and lifted the statue head up reveling a button she pressed the button and a secret door opened with stairs leading to somewhere. She walked down the stairs with Doctor Whooves following. She entered a large cave with a lot of gizmos and gadgets all around. She then walked pasted a glass case with a suit displayed with graffiti on it that said "Ha-Ha Jokes on you Zapp." She then head to a cylinder looking door placed her hoof on the hoof scanner and the door opened revealing the costume of Zapp on display.
"You can't be serious mistress, you gave up that life after you lost Scootaloo to Discord." Whooves Said.
"Well maybe this Matter-Horn needs to know that it's not okay to come to our world and get away with murder!" Dash said angrily.
"So what are you going to do?" Whooves said.
"Teach her a lesson!" Dash said.
" You mean you're gonna to go to war?" Whooves asked.
"She the one that brought the war to us." Dash said.
"Count the dead, thousands of ponies."
"She was saving our world!" Whooves said.
"What's next?" Dash asked.
"Millions?'
"Why?" Whooves asked.
"Because twenty years in Ponyville how many good ponies are left?" she asked.

As Rainbow Dash walked towards her costume she heard Whooves said.
"That's how it starts."
"What do you mean?" Dash asked.
"The fever, the rage, the feeling of powerlessness that turns good ponies cruel." Whooves finished.
"She has the power to wipe out the entire pony race and if we believe there's even a 1% chance that she is our enemy we have to take it as a absolute certainty that we have to destroy her!" Dash angrily said.
"She is not our enemy!" Whooves said.
"She became our enemy when she came to our world." Dash said.
As Rainbow Dash was getting her suit on she heard Whooves say
"You know you can't win this, it's suicide."
After hearing this she started to think that what if she wasn't strong enough to beat her so she repiled
