It started to rain as Zapp was setting up her beacon and flipped the switch on the beacon which light up the sky with her symobol. As she looked up in the sky and saw Matter-Horn flying in the sky and saw her dive really fast and slammed into the ground.
They started to walk tworads each other and starting at each other in the eyes. That's when Matter-Horn broke the silance
"Given your background and profile, I expected you to be paranoid enough to try to strike at me first, even if I tried reason first. Still, I had to at least try reason. I don't particularly mind you trying to attack ME, but I would prefer you didn't use attacks that pose a sizable risk to innocent sentient."
"You know me so well." Zapp stated
"We don't have to do this." Matterhorn said
"Sure we do." Zapp said
Then she pulled out her sonic gun and blasted a sonic sound wave at her which pushed Matter-Horn back and gave her a bloody nose. Matter-Horn wiped the blood away and flew up to Zapp grabbed the gun out of her hooves and crushed it and pushed her against the beacon.
"Zapp be reasonable, you know what my orders are." Matter-horn said with her hooves out
"Your orders?" Zapp said as she detached a piece from her belt and plugged it into the output of the beacon
Zapp then stood up and when she reached out to shake her hooves she activated an electric activation on her hooves gauntlet and shocked her hooves which resulted in Matter-Horn screamed in pain and then reached up to grab her face and shocked her entire body.
"You say that you answer to some sort of authority, they only want me dead because I'm an embarrassment." Zapp said
"Because I do what they can't, what kind of authority is that."
Matter-Horn than used her laser spell from her horn to destroy the cable connecting to the outlet and was about to punch her when she stopped it with one of her arms. Matter horn was shocked at this and said
"How."
"A genius never reveals her secret." Zapp said
Zapp then grabbed her arm and swung her into the side of the building across the roof.
Matter-Horn quickly recovered and flew to where Zapp was landed behind her and punched her into another building and said to her
"It doesn't matter it's their world and they won't stand for you anymore." Matter-Horn said
"If isn't me, it'll just be somepony else."
"Really?" Zapp asked
"Who do they send after you?"
Just than Zapp activated her sort ranged boosters and charged at her, which she ducked she stopped behind her and using her strength-enhancing horseshoes she punched her into the beacon which exploded into a fiery blaze., But matter-Horn walked out of it with an angry expression on her face. Matter-horn than grabbed Zapp an flew her into a building and when they came out of the other side she threw her onto another roof.
When Matter-Horn landed besides Zapp she said "Zapp, this is idiotic."
When Zapp tried to get up she was pushed down again by Matter-Horn who again said
"I'm begging you. For your own safety, PLEASE stay down."
