In the grim darkness of the far future, cyborg supersoldier Alita is locked in battle with the mad scientist Desty Nova amongst the shattered ruins of Earth. In Equestria, Twilight Sparkle is hard at work developing a new teleportation spell, and subconsciously latches on to their desire. Their starkly different worlds soon collide.

The four remaining Jaegers(Crimson Typhoon, Gipsy Danger, Striker Eureka and Cherno Alpha) with 2 Kaiju's(Otachi and Leatherback) got teleported into Equestria. With an unexpected twist of turn that the Kaiju's could talk to the Jaegers and helping them, they must find a way to escape before they are caught by Princess Celestia, who wants to reverse engineer the Jaegers for their own use.

Meanwhile, Twilight and her friends comes up to another, but rather inoperable and deserted Jaeger, Coyote Tango. Putting their risks to the very limit, they must pilot the Mark I and help the remaining Mark I, III, IV and V Jaegers to escape, and might come up one of the most honorable but sad decision.

It is the year 2552 and the Pillar Of Autumn has just entered Slip space to escape the Covenant fleet at Reach. A malfunction occurs with the Slip space drive and sends the Autumn and her crew into unknown space. The first planet that comes into range is very Earth like, and is giving off intelligent life signatures. What they don't know is that their only way back home is on this planet. The Autumn dispatches a scout party and what they report back is unbelievable. A world completely inhabited by ponies, millions of them..... Welcome to Halo: Equestria.
