This story takes place right after the Episode "Wonderbolts Academy."

Rainbow Dash and some of her other fellow recruits have all been regressed into toddlers and were stuck into the Juniorbolts Academy, a daycare with its mission to teach toddlers how to fly. Now they have to escape the daycare and find a way to get to Twilight so she can turn them back to normal. However, for them to do that, they need to relearn how to fly, but their caretaker Stormy refuses to teach them little more than how to flap their wings. So, Rainbow Dash takes it upon herself to teach her fellow foals how to fly. In honor of the daycare and their regressed ages, they become the Juniorbolts.

Twilight is forced to go back to the past as a foal with Dr Whooves to save herself from being regressed into a foal forever. However, things won't be as easy for Twilight as Starlight Glimmer has some tricks up her sleeve and the two unicorns are sent through various timelines. Without Dr Whooves's time machiene Twilight now has to find alternate ways to escape these timelines to get back to the future. She can only hope nothing in her timline gets ruined.

To complicate things further, Sandbar is soon hospitalized after hitting his head against a tree. So his friends have to take turns checking up on him, and keeping Coral under control. A problem when she is going through "potty training" which is something Sandbar's friends know very little about.

An felt like an average day in Ponyville, that was until a mysterious enchanted diaper bag appeared unleashing magical baby items upon the Elements. How will they cope? Will they like it. And who unleashed this magic power. Here's a hint, it wasn't Discord.
