Soarin is a young singer, famous in Cloudsdale that reappeared after four years of avoiding the world of showbiz.

"I just want you to be my girlfriend for the media." Soarin said to the girl standing in front of him.
Rainbow Dash who had already recognised Soarin from the beginning, but was not in the least impressed. She looked up and stared at him, then said, "Well, as long as my face is not visible."
Soarin unsuspecting why Rainbow Dash immediately accepted his offer, smiled. While Rainbow Dash could only hope she would not regret her decision. The days of summer as Soarin's 'lover' began.

But what the both of them didn't realise, was the truth of the story four years ago was still haunting them.

Rainbow Dash had recently admitted to Scootaloo that she's her birth mother, Rainbow Dash is nervous about what this is going to mean for not only her future but Scootaloo's. Who knew Rainbow Dash would grow up someday, get married to the one she loves, and have children she can proudly call her own. But what happens when a near-death experience shocks everyone? Even Rainbow Dash herself? What about Soarin, her amour? As time flies by, Soarin is also losing hope. What will happen? You'll find out....

Rainbow Dash is suffering from complications during the birth of her second child. She is going through extreme amounts of pain, and her body threatens to shut itself down. A nurse came up to Twilight and Soarin' and told them both that she is probably going to die, and Scootaloo happened to listen in. Now with a time limit on Rainbow Dash's head, Twilight rushes to find some way of saving Rainbow Dash while Soarin' attempts to help his wife as much as he can. But Twilight must hurry before it is too late.

Meanwhile with the prospect of Rainbow Dash's death over her head, Scootaloo ends up rethinking just what the ponies that are close to her truly mean in her life.

After a suprise visit from Sorian leaves Rainbow confused, life seems to go on as normal. But it will soon be learned that it will never be normal again.

Soarin needs to find a way to impress Dash before he think she will "break up" with him.

Rainbow Dash has never been one to express feelings. She’s never been one to accept help, and she’s never been one to show the weaker side.

And, no one will argue, Wonderbolt training is… well, really hard.

It’ll take a lot for her to finally understand.

In this story Rainbow Dash learns what it truly means to suffer, when her life turns to the worst. She learns that sometimes you need to move on and let go in life. And that you can't force any pony to change. Rainbow Dash finally turns herself around when a certain newborn colt, Cloud Chaser, enters her life. She is determined to give him the life and family he deserves. The one she wishes so much she could have back! In this story Rainbow Dash learns what it means to be a mother like figure and to support a family, even through the ups and downs. Rainbow Dash learns what it means to make lifelong friends, and maybe even meet some pony who may even end up to be a little something more!
