This is where everything changes (BIG ANNOUNCEMENT) · 8:40pm Jan 24th, 2023
In case you don't follow every detail of my personal life, this weekend (and by 'weekend' I of course mean 'five days and counting') was spent moving myself and all my tons of stuff to a new apartment to begin solo living at long last.
I did not move far. But I have a ton of stuff, as it turns out.
This means one thing, which is that eventually, I am going to have to get a job. And when I do, that will mean an end to me being able to be everything for everybody on the internet all the time.
Now, around here, that won't necessarily change things a whole lot. My insane reading output has cooled in the last few years and will likely remain so. I might have to switch to only listening to audiobooks or text-to-speech if I want to read anything. But other places I frequent are likely to see my full withdrawal in the future. It won't happen soon, but it's inevitable.
And speaking of inevitable, that wasn't the big announcement.
I'm trans.
No sense in burying the lede anymore.
Back in August, four years' worth of internal struggle came to a head and I was finally able to put together so many pieces of my life that were out of place.

I'm actually not sure what else to put here, save that as you read this, I should be live on Twitch making some facial adjustments as well as changing some online presence markers. :) I'm not planning to change my username here, but there will be an updated icon soon!
