  Crossover with a Moralistic democracy

  Hey guys, so I've been thinking of a crossover of my nation in nation states (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=tiberk)
  Basically tiberk gets ripped from Force (my current region in nationstates) and placed off the coast of baltimare, any ideas for chapter 1? (i personally don't like making prologues)
