Hey goyim. It just occurred to me: I never publicly gave credit to the guy who introduced me to this franchise and this site in particular. My RL neighbor Solid Sun.

Without him, I would never have read anything involving talking horses or interacted with the swell people on this stellar website.:trollestia:

You know, I had a hamster once. Ratty little guy, bit me all over when I was a kid. Hated him as much as he seemed to hate me, but I tried to appreciate and accomodate him, because taking care of your pets is the right thing to do.

Still though, when he died I wasn't all that affected, at least in the aftermath. It's the first time I can remember watching a living being die before me. Not to be edgy, but looking back now, the way he choked on the blood of my thumb and died with both of us in pain, it seems fitting; he died the way he lived, an asshole.

And I can't help but laugh at how closely it mimics the infamous trials and tribulations of Hamster.

Apologies for the epistolary I seem to have written, but I hope some of you find this connection as amusing as I did.

Actually, I think it was more of the number of people he kept arguing with. He'd leave a nasty comment to make fun of the story without having constructive criticism, thus causing the author to argue with him. I've seen this guy comment on stories that were either popular, or become popular despite his overly deep comments.

Oh, really? How bad was it?
