Starlight never understood the trolley problem. Clearly the answer is to find whoever performed such lax maintenance work on the trolley's brakes and take care of them before anypony has to make the choice in the first place.

In any case, wonderfully heartfelt moment between these two. And I imagine the local Twilight can help. (If nothing else, the local Applejack has the raw materials handy...)
