I'm happy to inform you that it's not, actually! Though I do apologize sincerely to you and everyone else who's been tracking this story since the beginning.
I'll be delving into further detail about what's been going on soon, but rest assured that not only have I vastly improved the direction this is headed, but I'm giving this the proper treatment and attention it deserves.
I don't want to spoil too much, but let's just say the next step is coming very soon, and it'll have a little bit more than my previous updates.
Ok, at first i thought that you skipped some chapters and posted the wrong one. Then i realized that the chapter is called "intermission" and realized that this is a side story. And a very good one. Like holy shit good. I can see the quality in writing went up exponentially. And i appreciate it. Sad to see that I'm the only one that commented on this. But nevertheless, the wait was worth it. Speaking of which, the reason why at first (before you replied to my comment) i thought that this fic was abandoned was because i didn't hear anything from you, not on blog or anywhere (this might be my fault, i don't really use social media, so if you have an account, well, you can see why i didn't see if you posted somewhere about the reason for the delay). You said that you will take a break that will last a month, and one turned into two and so on. I thought "damn, real life got him as well. Damn you real life" But, and i speak with all my heart, it was worth the wait.
Now about this chapter. Honestly, this might be THE most well written and thought out backstory (sorry i don't really know how to write this part) about how SunShim managed to survive in this world and what she had to do, i have ever read. I especially like the fact that you've made the decision to make SunShim into a competent person. I've read so many fics that made Sunset into a HEAVILY nerfed version of herself and until she got help from her now friends, she was at the lowest bottom. I am so glad that Sunset is competent and managed to work her way up a little. Because that is who she is. She researched, she made all the possible decisions to ensure that when she did something, it would not come and bite her in the ass later. She ruined lives, because it was them or her. God i love her. Anyway, this was a great chapter. Sorry it took a month to actually read it, i kinda forgot about it and i remember today. Had tk re-read the whole thing because i forgot what happened but it's all good because the fic is well written.
Aww man, and i really like moony. Another great chapter. As to how to deal with the two parts, i think it's better if you use the second part as chapter 10. You've given me 50% present time and 50% past time, and messing it up, well, to be honest i don't really mind as long as you don't spend more then two chapters on one of the two sides in a row. Also, how is no one reading this? It's so damn good. I think I'll try and advertise it in the comments section of other fics when they post new chapters. Of course, in a respectful way.
