the only logical reason i can figure, outside of aesthetic fetishism, is blowjobs. more lips = more surface area = more dick coverage? never really been my thing, so it's half logic, half educated guess really.

It's about objectification. A pair of lips like that only makes sense if they're being used to suck dick, so it sends the message that the character in question warped herself for the purpose of being better at blowjobs, making them a sex object first and a person second. It's not about how they look, it's about the message. It's like a collar. It's not the collar itself you think is hot, but rather the undertones of submission and ownership it carries.

Personally, I would like to see her developing a sort of addiction to the effect, to the point where she just prepares a week's worth of potions and every morning when she wakes up back as normal she casts the spell and chugs another one. Or if I have to be a little more contained, I would still greatly enjoy seeing her return to using it. Though a permanent transformation certainly sounds hot.

Great story, would also love to see a continuation of the rest of the night and next day as it seems Celestia took the potion in the afternoon.
Also curious to see if she enjoyed her time as a silly bimbo. You did mention it was like all her cares went away. Now that she's retired would she use it from time to time for fun?
Would Luna also find out about the potion? Probably seeing the recipe still out on the counter? Maybe running into bimbo Celly and finding it hilarious as she's now the wise and mature one.
It was mentioned when Twi and company were fixing up the old Castle of the Two Sisters that when they were younger Celestia and Luna liked to play pranks on each other, pranks that often involved pit traps and such. Maybe now that they've got free time with each other they can use the potion to prank each other.
Like Celestia eats a cake in the fridge marked for Luna only to wake up the next day under a pile of stallions and realizing the cake was a trap. Or Luna dragging herself to the table in the morning to chug her coffee only to realize that her coffee tastes funny. Cue a gloomy gimbo (goth bimbo) complaining about how everything is like totally dark and death is totally all around them while lounging in her bed room listening to goth music with the shades down and sucking off guys.
Anyway, this was a fun tale and it'd be great to see it continued.
WOW. Great job looking at retired Celestia's mind-set and the reason she would drink that stuff. The details concerning both her physical and mental changes were quite well done.

Holy moley. REALLY steamy chapter here. Loved that poor guard's reaction to Celestia's bimbo-form, followed by the disappointment that he couldn't satisfy her.
Yeah, I have to say, I wouldn't mind future chapters, if not even a full sequel. Yeah, as over reviewers said, it might be fun to see "the Succubus of Silver Shoals" get enough more guys to reach "modern legend" status. Some "legend hunters" come in to try to get some action (in more ways than one) and end up getting more than they bargained for (she doesn't hurt them; they are just left exhausted but EXTREMELY pleasured).
And, yeah, it might be kind of sweet to see a guy spotting Celestia changing back FROM her bimbo form one night and reassure her that her normal form is more than good enough.
Sorry about that. My mind got out of hand. But, anyway, if there IS more, I'm definitely going to be looking forward to more of it.
