You know, it's possible to have good fruitcake, if you make it fresh yourself: you just can't depend on anything manufactured to survive sitting on a store shelf a month or two.
Incredible fruitcake is one of those weird traditions that I can never wrap my mind around. Why have food nobody likes? And why ugly sweaters? Still, it's a sweet little fic, even if I don't really grok a lot of the Christmas stuff.
