Tikam? One with a limp? Hmmmm, I believe he was mentioned discreetly - not by name but description - in the story before

U-update? YUS!
We should have a snowflake emote already...
Hm... I like this. Just read the whole story, I am eager to see this continue.
Glad to see the canal working its magic. Was also wondering where all the kids of the village were so it's nice that was explained here.
Why is it that the zebras that hate him are such assholish bigots? Why did they hate him in the first place when he was only just arrived there and even offered to help them, way before all this started?

A predator was just released into a society of herbivores. This was hit on way, way back and that ripple effect keeps going. Also, some just dont like him because hey, he aint a zebra and doesnt want to be one. Wouldnt bend a knee to their chief, made his own arrangements, etc. He wont blend in with society.
I have one question why don't he has equipment from his world Like guns are vehicles it will help improve the story so much just a thought

Guns need bullets, that once expended, cannot be replaced. Even if he knew how to make smokeless gunpowder, which I doubt as most people don't really think to know such things, getting the ingredients, in his remote little village would be next to impossible.
Vehicles, also have the same problem, as without gasoline/diesel fuel, they won't run. As the process to refine crude oil into gasoline is beyond the technology level of -I'm assuming- a medieval-esque society that is miles away from the industrial revolution, let alone one with enough scientific know how to make a machine to do it...it's not looking likely.
That's also not taking into account replacement parts like brakepads, fuses, engine coolant/antifreeze, engine oil, brake/power steering fluids and various lubricants to keep everything running in a hellish, desert locale.
If they were in the story, the car would have been out of gas in the first few chapters, and his ammo not long after, unless he saved a few rounds for a rainy day.
It would make it interesting if he had a way to make more, but then it would have made the story kind of boring with how overpowered he'd be, using a weapon to kill someone hundreds of yards away, or running someone -or several someones- over with his vehicle.
The way the author is making the protagonist use what little resources he has available to him to the absolute limits they're capable of being used is far more entertaining(to me, anyway) to read.

Ahem... Urine, hay, and time for saltpeter, charcoal, maybe the chief or Sefu know of stinky yellow rocks that crackle and spit when you squeeze them.
Mix in proper ratios and bam, black powder! Please don't portray metal utensiles when mixing, sparks are dangerous.
And yes, a high-efficiency scavenging existence is entertaining to watch.
