I had a skit about the Mile-High Club that got cut because I couldn't really fit it in.
Originally, I was going to have a character comment about how the pegasi were actually the most numerous tribe in Equestria. The reason would be because having sex while flying was so much better than sex on the ground, and the skit would go something like this:
Mare (flying): Let's have sex
Stallion (flying): Sure
Mare: Do you have a condom?
Stallion: No, it's a hassle to carry anything while flying
Mare: Well, whatever, flying sex is too good to pass up
Two months later
Mare: DAMNIT! I'm never having flying sex again!
Nine months later
Mare: Whew, now that I've given birth, I can go flying again...
Mare (flying): Let's have sex
Stallion (flying): Sure
Mare: Why does this feel so familiar?...whatever.
Rinse and repeat and the pegasus birth rate is so much higher than Earth ponies and unicorns because they can't say no to sex while flying, unprotected or not

Interesting and funny little skit. I always thought that Pegasi were the more open of the tribes about sex, free as a bird say to speak, and had huge libidos that meant they had sex more often, leading to larger families, butts that's juts a theory, - pony theory, thanks for reading.
What about underwater sex?
This was a nice story I like this couple and there should be more stories about them. I know of only one other story focused on these 2 characters which is not enough.
To be totally honest, I love seeing anything that doesn't include the mane six and isn't storyless sex in the featured box.
Have an obligatory like right now, and I'll read this later when I am not literally swollen with turkey and everything else food-related.

7747317 Much like the mile-high club joke I made in the first comment for this story, I actually had two options for what Angel Wing's comic relief moment would be. The one that won out did so because it actually fit into the story, and at least it doesn't mean she's oblivious about sex, just that she doesn't know the alternate meaning of Mile-High Club
. The other joke I had thought about using (and didn't because Vapor wasn't pregnant in the story) was Vapor and Sky telling Angel Wings they were having a foal, and Angel Wings wanting to know when the stork was going to deliver it. Now THAT would've been truly oblivious!
re: Sky's siblings. I looked at this picture for reference. The two on the left have more feminine faces, the older one is definitely female because of her eye shines, and while it's tough to tell, I just assumed the young foal who looks like Lightning Dust was also a filly:

I agree with you, this was too cute a pairing to not write such a story.
So. Is this how everyone's confessions of love go? This was more or less how it went for me. With less flying. And more bondage.
I had one minor gripe about it - you used Sky's full name way too often. It felt weird seeing the combination "Vapor and Sky Stinger" and any variation of thereof in one single sentence (or soon after using one in one sentence the other in the following sentence) - either use both names in full, or just one name of each. Would have felt better, in my opinion.
But hey, that's just my personal reasoning.
Besides that. though, a very enjoyable read
There was something about this that just felt a little bit awkward... It seemed like you were trying to make them out to be teenagers but something about the way they acted made me feel like it was two twelve year olds confessing to each other then getting right down to business.
I doubt that was your intent, but some of their actions just made me feel like their personalities were too childish to match to the situation.
There were also some times in your prose where you used something "proper" in an odd way. A previous comment mentioned your overuse of Vapor Trail's full name, and you also used the word "Aunt" where anyone would have used "Auntie" or "Aunt ---" That might have contributed to my feeling of juvenility, Vapor never refers to Sky's Mom by her name. She's just "Aunt," "Auntie," or "Sky's Mom."
Also there was almost no physical characterization. I just read it and I can't remember any mention of physical characteristics other than eye color until the very end of a fic about physical intimacy! And that was pretty much just coat color. If this was just pure clop I might have been able to give it a pass, but since this is supposed to be emotional and romantic then I can't really say it's just fine to have stick figure ponies poking at each other.
I didn't dislike it, definitely not. But I also couldn't really get into it, the clop was too short for my taste, and the aforementioned awkward feeling about their age never really let me go.
Hope you find this criticism constructive and will do more and better in the future!
