Before Discord was defeated by the wielders of the Elements of Harmony he created Seth.
Seth doesn't know why Discord created him and now he is in Ponyville where he starts to become friends with the ones who turned his creator back into stone.
He is confused why he doesn't want vengence on them. Especally when he starts to get feelings for a certain light blue pegasus.
*note this story takes place durind the events of the show (after Return to Harmony)

I liked it, and out of all the unexplained family member stories out there. It's rare that there is a good one and to be fair a spawn of Discord may not necessarily be all that bad as long as it doesn't turn into a Mary Sue. I'm curious on where this goes.

Okay now I've fixed the spelling errors, made chapter 10 a little longer and kinda tied it in with Family Appreciation Day. Now back to working on the next chapter and also my new story.
First off d'awww, I'm really happy that I tracked this fic. It's well written, well paced and the character interactions are well done.
I was thinking about the last chapter with that scene with Discord. Seth could always break pieces off of Discord or grind his statue into powder, mix with concrete and use it to help make a municipal building like a DMV, a post office, an immigration office, etc because what greater hell is there for a creature of chaos than a place of order, long lines and form to fill out.

And I'll admit that is a really interesting idea, but I'm probably won't do it because most likely I'm going to continue it with the future seasons and you never know Discord might come back eventually so you can see why I couldn't really do that. Don't worry I do actually have plans for a villain, but I don't want to give too much away.

Man these past two chapters have been much shorter than I'd thought they be.
Wait...Screwball is Tony Stark? I approve of this. At least we all know the rest of her story. She becomes a billionaire weapons manufacturer, gets captured by terrorist(retcon), perfects her suit and becomes a superhero...and Civil War is completely ignored. Seriously the only good thing to come out of Civil War is Planet Hulk.
As for the rest of this chapter. It was really good if not extremely short. In addition to Screwball being Tony, I also get a Cave Johnson vibe from her as well with her line: "You can’t stop progress..." That and she's wiling to steal and resort to violence to achieve science.
I always keep acid vials around, in case of acid vial emergency!

Nice chapter and at least the Discord subplot has been resolved. Seth was created out of boredom kinda like how me and my friends were pretty drunk and decided to play baseball at three in the morning.

Feel free, but that wasn't the only thing that happened that morning/night (I think you need proper context), we were playing baseball in my friend's shitty trailer park which was located behind a Sex Shop (I forget the name of it exactly) right off of the Florida turnpike. Anyway next to his trailer/shack there was an area that used to be a trailer after a tornado destroyed it and we were playing ball drunk and high off our asses at 3 in the morning in what used to be someone's living room and long story short I swung at the ball in pitch blackness, released the bat and almost nailed my car with it, which was parked ten feet away. It ended with us finding a liquor store, going back to his trailer and playing battlefield 3 till 7 in the morning.
