Anything can be awesome when it's made of Lego.

Yay!

Don't forget to add it to the group called LEGO! Plus, if you want it to be seen by more people, promote it in the Self-Promotion Bureau! I also give you permission to promote this in the group called LEGO.

Can't wait for the next chapter! :pinkiehappy:

oooo! Added to read later list! I'm super excited for The Lego Movie so will def give this a peek!

This is should've been what Equestria Girls was. My Little Pony meets Lego. That would've sold like hot cakes. :rainbowlaugh:

I can't wait to see what the Lego world is like. :pinkiehappy:

“We’re definitely not in Equestria anymore,”

Welcome to Oz Spike, or to be more precise, welcome to Lego world. :raritystarry:

:rainbowderp::applejackconfused::derpyderp2:Oh my God.

Just...wow:pinkiegasp: I have never seen anyone even attempt what you wrote. You just proved me wrong.

:pinkiehappy:Keep up the good work!

Like it very original

OH! We are taking the Yellow block citizen Lego world. A very nice rendition.
Now if only there were the ball-and-socket lego world version of this story? Similar to Bionicle (Oh good times...) And Hero Factory.

I was almost thinking of LEGO Island when you mentioned the boy on the skateboard near the end. Pepper Roni and the other Islanders would even have fitting Pony-esque names.

3899910 I remember having Lego Island 2 on the PS1. Great game, if a tad bit short once you knew what you were doing.

wow, lego good one, oh there a movie in feb called the lego movie it coming fri, feb 7 look on trailer on tribute.ca and watch the trailer of the lego movie:twilightsmile:

This is officially the BEST. POSSIBLE. THING! :raritystarry:

I like this.
ANOTHER!

You're pretty good at writing, despite this being your first story. You've got a substantial amount of words for your chapters, giving us readers a lot to work with. Can't wait to see more.

This is going to be very interesting.

Here is hoping that you don't just have it be EQG with Lego but actually "Build" of the Lego Idea.

So.
1. LEGO
2. Well-written
3. Author's username and avatar are a reference to Bionicle.
...Yep. Tracked & Faved. :ajsmug:

One nitpick. Pinkie Pie is actually pretty skilled as a pony. She can whip up a flying machine, and a working party cannon.

Okay, I don't know what I was expecting when I first looked in on this story...
But I have to say, I like what I've found. Here's hoping Lego Celestia is able to help Twilight get acclimated.

I've only played LEGO Island 1 for the PC. I didn't even know there were others until I looked up the first one on TV Tropes.

3902155 I've never played the original. From what I hear the PS1 port of the second managed to reduce the loading times.

Well... This hits two bulls-eyes:
1. My interests
2. My current employment

I've got my eyes on you, Master builder

3902155 I've been a huge fan of Lego Island 3 for years, only played it on the computer though. It was great to see the comeback of many of my favorites from the first game: namely LEGO Radio, and Enter and Return (Those klutzy, loveable twin paramedics:derpytongue2:) My only complaint for it was that roughly 5/7 times I tried playing it on the computer, the game would automatically exit out before the main menu even finished loading itself.
When I got Lego Island 2, I remember always getting stuck on the Oasis Level because I wasn't able to catch Big Bertha or any fish at all, and about 6 years later I awoke one day and realized that the trick to it was exercising patience in that level to begin with (by the time I realized this, I had already finished Lego Island 3).
It'd be nice to see a new Lego Island Set Series after the Island Extreme Stunts series from so long ago: over 10 years.

Skip an audio reading, this thing needs a full-on stop motion video!
Brought back many memories of sitting on the bedroom floor with my own Legos

Ok, a couple of small points. One, if Derpy's body can chase her head around, why could Rainbow only move her head when she was in pieces? Two, how exactly is clothing suppose to work? If prints are permanent does that mean you have to get a new blank torso everytime you want a new shirt? Oh and the arms to match of course. How are you suppose to get up in the morning and put on a new torso and arms? Do you always have to go to a shop like Rarity's to change clothes? I can almost imagine Rarity saying"Of course I can make that for you darling let me just take your head off and sit it on this shelf here and I'll be right back with your new torso and arms in just a moment." This story is just hilarious.:rainbowlaugh:

I've been hooked on LEGO since I was a kid. LEGO star wars, LEGO lord of the rings, LEGO superheroes, I'm not ashamed to admit I'm sixteen and still own some sets. This+ MLP?:pinkiegasp: I'm pumped to see how this goes!::twilightsmile:

You making me anxious for the LEGO movie that's supposed to be hilarious...

3904879 Don't forget LEGO Minecraft

3902932
Part time really... I'm part of the store's shipment crew since Black Friday 2011.

3904879
There was this one time someone at the Lego Cusso site attempted to make that. Sadly, it didn't get enough support for it to enter production- unlike the Delorian from Back to the future.

Looking at the title, the first thing I think of is LEGO Friends. And then I shudder.

I'm glad to see so many people here like this idea.:twilightblush: I knew I wanted to try something that had almost never been seen here before, and it looks like I made a good call.:yay:

3899910 That is exactly the reference I was going for with that. Nice to see you caught that.

To be honest, I knew it was too much to expect this to be featured on the main page, but what did surprise me was that it was popular enough to be on the Popular Stories list for a day or two.:pinkiegasp: I seriously didn't think this story would get that popular that quickly! I'd better get to work on that next chapter.

3903489 If you think you can do that, go right ahead! I'm just here to start the gears turning.:ajsmug:

3904168 For the first, Rainbow was completely in pieces while Derpy's body was intact. I guess if you really want to be technical, the head is the only part that can move without needing to be attached to at least one other part. For the second, I haven't really put a lot of thought into that, but I guess this will be one of the few things where I'll take inspiration from The LEGO Movie, according to a scene from one of the trailers I've seen. Specifically, clothing keeps its shape whether or not it's being worn, and is somehow able to just slip over their bodies. I have a hard time trying to explain things, so you'll just have to see for yourself what I mean. And finally, I'm glad to see I'm getting the Lego humor right.:rainbowlaugh:

3905712 Actually, an attempt at Lego MLP did in fact reach the required 10,000 votes needed to put it up for review. The approval failed due to the impossibility of the necessary licensing deal. (Keep in mind, LEGO and Hasbro are competitors, in the real world.)

3906959 I've never paid any attention to that theme, so don't worry, I won't be making any references to it. (at least, not intentionally)

3908840 **thank you so much that theme is too much for the little girl stereotypes**
I was very ashamed of LEGO when they came out with it.

This went too far, LEGO. I am disappoint.

You know the LEGO movie is coming out on Friday I'm so ready for it:pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::pinkiehappy::rainbowwild:

3908840
That's right, now I remember

My add this to my group?

4 generations...
I see what you did there, you cunning writer you.

So if I read that author's note right, that would mean LEGO has been around since 1932. Wow, I never would've guessed it went that far back.

Also, the thing with the master builders, that wouldn't by chance be a reference to The Lego Movie would it? (Great film by the way, I highly recommend it.) :trixieshiftright:

Great lego crossovers but it will be more assome if you in cloud others like disney, marvel, dc,lord of the rings, tmnt, and more please!?:pinkiehappy:

Ah Lego. Thanx, now I feel all nostalgic from when I played with those bricks.
Also can you fit in the Lego movie's song 'everything is awesome'? That song was unreasonably catchy.

Say, are you going to put in 'that' song at some point?:pinkiehappy:

Another fun fact: Using only preexisting pieces, it is possible to create over 8 Quadrillion different minifigures! That's over 8,000,000,000,000,000!
