After finally returning to Equestria, Sunset Shimmer accepts Starlight's challenge and face off in a magical duel. What's the worst that could happen?

Pinkie Pie is a good friend. She's so upbeat, nice, and supportive. In fact, she is so supportive, she decides to go visit Rainbow Dash at the Wonderbolt Academy and even brings her a very special treat! Rainbow Dash could not be more thankful for her friend.

Of course, that was all before Pinkie Pie accidentally dropped said treat on top of Spitfire's head.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders have a history presentation today, and who better for Applebloom to bring than her Uncle Apple Strudel? He'd just love to talk to the class about his old country roots!

Applebloom is going to get an A for this, for sure!

This will be a short story, around the 2000-3000 word range (edit: I lied, this will hit the 10k word mark and possibly on up to 15k as I didn't expect to do this much writing for the amount of plot I had planned in my head).

Derpy has been deemed an unfit mother, due to her mental condition, and has a real chance of losing custody of her only foal. Before that day comes though Derpy remembers how Dinky came to be, how her only source of pride and joy is tied to such a painful memory, and all of the time spent raising Dinky.

I'm writing this story in honor of a friend of mine who went through a very similar situation.

King Sombra has ruled the Crystal Empire for centuries. Throughout his rein, he has done little but create pain and suffering for all those who live in his domain. Their lives mean little to him, and they matter little in his endless, unquenchable thirst for power and hunger for influence.

He is impervious to any negative feelings, for long ago, he had quenched them.

Then he sees something different.

This is the first story in a project I'm doing with my good friend Regidar, in which we switch several aspects of our writing styles and see how we operate within one another's boundaries.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders have no common sense. Be very careful about telling them anything, because they will almost definitely find a way to misconstrue it. You learn that lesson very quickly... not that you particularly care.

This story is a sequel to Back To The Past

Jack has finally found the peace he has sought for so long.

Equestria, land of Friendship and Harmony, has finally brought his spirit peace and rest. Away from the darkness and tyranny of Aku, Jack has found a new strength and a renewed purpose that he could never have found in his world. The friends he has made gives him reason to smile. His desire to make sure Equestria does not follow a path like his world gives him purpose. And Applejack, his beloved, gives him a reason to live.

But the happiness does not last forever. And soon Jack will discover that it is not Aku that is the greatest foe that he has ever faced, but a foe that will take everything Jack's cares for and loves, despite all he does to combat it.

For this is a foe Jack has already beaten.

Twilight learns what comes after life ends.

This story is a sequel to All That We Become: I Am the Deep

In spite of how well things have been with Cadence and her family following their reconciliation and newfound bond, Chrysalis is still quite shocked when she is asked to spend the day with Shining Armor and Flurry at the traveling fair. The seemingly benign trip becomes something far more important for both of them as one last awkward wall between the two finally falls.

What defines a monster? Being different then others? No, everypony is different in their own way, So is it an imaginary creature that is typically large, ugly, and frightening? No, instead, a monster is a thing you don't understand. The lack of understanding causes fear, and with fear, hate is born. Thus my garden, my forest. For they have forgotten the 'monster' that still takes care of his forest. My forest, the Everfree forest.

Though in all my years I have never seen what lies before me. A bug? a pony? perhaps both. Maybe time will tell.
