One year ago, Twilight and her friends were on the verge of creating a new type of magic. Unfortunately there was an accident, resulting in the disappearance of one of Twilight's closest friends. Though devastated, she moved forward, creating a means of powering machines with this new magic, which was now forever intertwined with the world.

It's been a year since Apple Bloom's sister vanished. Since then, she's been in a constant state of depression, unable to even enjoy time with her friends. She's all but given up on life itself, as she has lost all will to live. That changes when she finds a mysterious artifact which grants her power in the form of a blue suit of armor, and forms an unlikely alliance with Princess Luna. She'll need this power if she's to protect her world from a strange threat somehow connected to Twilight's experiment. If she's lucky, she might even discover what happened to her sister.

If she's unlucky, she'll lose everything else.

This takes place a year after the CMC get their Cutie Marks.

A terrible tragedy has befallen Ponyville and its Applefarm. After an attack on the yearly Apple Clan Reunion that leaves the entire clan slain and Apple Bloom in the hospital subject to a coma, the Elements and the Crusaders are busy mourning the loss of not only Applejack, but the Apple Clan while awaiting Apple Bloom to recover.

Meanwhile, Applejack, who was thought to be dead. Has been kept hidden from prying eyes under the watchful eye of Zecora for one whole year, now Applejack is well and awake from her slumber...

And she demands Vengeance against those who wronged her...

Something's wrong with Scootaloo, at least that's what Applebloom thinks. Being the good friends that they are, she and Sweetie Belle strive to help their friend in anyway they can.

But sometimes, there's even things that super-best friends can't help with...

The two Zeno Samas the kings of everything throughout the multiverse had announced that it was finally time for Beerus the God of Destruction to finally retire so that they can choose a new God of Destruction for Universe 7. Beerus has been called to Lord Zeno Sama's Palace in preparation for his "Honorable Exile". Beerus will be allowed to keep all of his powers but he will be sent to a pocket universe which holds the world of Equestria. Beerus makes a small request that Whis will accompany him and serve the purple cat in his retirement but unfortunately gets his request denied by the Past and Future Zeno deity. Whis needs to stay behind to find and train another candidate for the role of being the next "God of Destruction" of Universe 7. After a few words and goodbyes, Beerus gets sent by Zeno Sama to Equestria and in Canterlot of all places during the preparation for the first Friendship Festival.

Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy reflect on their lives and decide where their futures lie.

First discovered in the year DCIV of Her Majesty's solitary reign, the inscriptions are a set of square tablets, two nails tall, their sides measuring a leg and a quarter, of an unknown substance. They are currently located behind protective casings, to ensure no damage may come to the observers. They are bereft of markings on one side, which has led some to speculate they may have been originally affixed to a wall, or the interior or exterior of some other construction.

They tell of Fire, Heaven, and a timeless land beyond the sea, yet their true meaning still eludes all of ponykind, from its youngest citizen to its ancient ruler. For they are, perhaps, even more ancient than she.

These are their contents, as they are understood, and the story of the pony tasked with spreading that knowledge to the world.

Honestly one of the few good things to happen to me in 2020.

Twilight Sparkle was just your average ordinary girl. She was incredibly smart, had dreams of being an engineer, and had no friends at her school since they all just labeled her as a nerd to be ignored. And she had no aspirations to be anything more than that.

However, during a summer tour of DisCorp, she gets bitten by a genetically modified spider and was given powers beyond her wildest dreams.

But as we all know "With Great Power, There Must Also Come Great Responsibility."

And after a tragedy makes her see this, she realizes that the city of Manehattan needs hope.

It needs a hero.

It needs Spider-Girl.
