In the year 2398, the Federation starship USS Sunset Shimmer (NCC-61613), a brand new Faustian-class dreadnought starship christened a year ago, is sent to Deep Space 9, which is under threat from a giant Aridaginatan siren-shaped starship. 34 year old Captain Becky Ray Shoichet, who is in charge of the Sunset Shimmer, manages to destroy the siren ship, but not long before the Aridaginatans escaped in a pendant-like ship, creating a temporal vortex which the enemy disappears through. The Sunset Shimmer follows them through the vortex, ending up in the year 2014, which 384 years into the past. The crew are aware the Aridaginatans are plotting to destroy the person the ship is named after, which will erase the ship from existence.

Meanwhile, the human Sunset Shimmer and her friends are practicing for an upcoming cruise. But as Sunset is now a target of the Aridaginatans, she must seek the help of the Starfleet officers. Will she, the girls, and the crew of her starship namesake, along with another starship, work together to defeat the Aridaginatans? Or will both CHS and Starfleet crumble? Find out more.

Everything pre season 9 happened, even twilight's ascension and spike's scale shedding ordeal, but twilight doesn't become a princess and the golden oaks library was never destroyed, and all those friendship missions were from celestia. And the school of friendship doesn't exist, and in the movie, the 3 princesses and not twilight put on the friendship festival, twilight and her friends just helped set it up and then did their hero thing.

After all the EQG movies, Sunset moves back to Equestria permanently

AJ's friend Rara gave up her life as a singer to be with Applejack.

Most of the inhabitants of Equuis are one.

Moondancer is Twilight’s twin sister in this. Why? Because from what I’ve seen they’re practically twins already and so far I haven’t seen any other fanfic on this site that had them as actually twin sisters so there.

One more thing, I’m running this as an interactive story, I.E. you can suggest prompts, anything goes as long as it follows these parameters

It has to set in the current time frame of the season

It must be school appropriate on the university level

Can’t be season finale type stuff unless we’re a good ways in to the story and a season finale seems appropriate.

After the battle against J'ula's forces, Littlepip and her friends have been given a new ship and are now sent off to explore the unknown across the many different universes. But after such a long adventure, the crew feel they need a little break from battles and universe-hopping and decide to join their allies on their journey to the famous galactic vacation spot Risa.

Shortly after arriving, however, Littlepip finds that there is a well-hidden secret that must be found in order to preserve the security of the multiverse. With help from an unexpected ally, the newly appointed Captain of the starship Lightbringer will work to find this hidden secret before it falls into the wrong hands.

{Note: This is a spinoff to the STO series I had recently finished less than a month ago. Rather than be long reads, these will be short stories that are connected to the main series and continue on in the perspective of the main character. I can understand if anyone reading this series feels I'm making too much based on this one series, but after the last two stories, my mind has been playing with the possibilities that could happen, and after reading the original Fallout Equestria shortly before making the two stories, I feel like playing around with this series. During a visit to the war-torn world of Equus, Littlepip and her friends are contacted by Admiral Stone to assist in a mission to the planet H'atoria, a world that is holding a wanted man that could harm the security of the Alliance with his genetic experiments. Along with the recently reformed alicorn Trixie, the crew will discover that their target has created something that, while made with the intent to fight and kill for the Goddess, desires to be something better. Will they succeed and help this new being achieve her goals, or will she be overtaken by her dark desires and threaten herself in the process?

As twilight's friends got older she started to get bored.
She still liked being with her maybe not as energetic friends, but with each night she started looking more into stars, she couldn't stop herself from looking into constellations or creating new ones from the moment the sun got down to the time it would rise again.
Then it started, first, she built an entire telescope complex so she could study them closer. Then after some time, her hunger for more knowledge increased and she requested even more money to build a high-atmosphere telescope supported by a balloon array.
With that Celestia started to realize that this wouldn't be enough for Twilight, she would request more and more money so she could build more complicated structures to reach closer to her obsession, and with some hesitation, she made a decision and she called twilight for an audience...

After dealing with another incursion within one of the many alternate universes, Littlepip and company become curious over the different possibilities that could happen or have happened in other timelines. Wanting to resolve the issue, they head to the Main Sphere, the central hub for the Universal Alliance, and discover many different ways their adventure could've played out, some better, and some worse.

I've heard a lot of perspectives on how Equestria began through ponies, griffons, and many other races, but none of them are the real deal.

To those who are more inclined to science, the world was created by forces magic and gravity. Said factors clumping rocks together to form Equis and the sun and moon that orbit it about five hundred thousand years ago. Partially true, in a sense, but still too young, and too less time for evolution.

The more religous fanatics, mainly ponies, believed in an even more ridiculous story that their very rulers are the creators of THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE! Get a hobby, zealot boy! Some claim Celestia and Luna are omniscient and omnipotent, but that's obviously not the case. Again, partially true.

Primitive culture, isn't it. No, I'm not gonna tell you another one of those. No, no, no. I am gonna tell you the truth of how it began. Now how would I know? Well, it was because I was there. I'll tell you the true story from my birth and life as a human to the world you all know and love.
